Needed to renew my DOT physical card and was in and out in little under 2 hours. That’s the best I have done in over 10 years. The staff were pleasant, punctual, and professional. I left with my renewed card and no complaints. ~Harry

My Wife and I have gone there for sessions and have done retreats there including a private retreat for myself, even to the point i even found myself wishing it was a two week retreat because it helped so much. I felt like i was not just heard but understood by both Carrie and her husband Christopher. Both have given me new tools i was able to use right away and have given me the gift of being able to “see myself” in such a better light. The meditation i learned was fun & interesting. I’ve used it in my daily life to start my day and find it really helpful. The yoga helped with feeling more comfortable and was perfect for a low impact man like myself. Great customer service. Very easy to drop off and the staff are friendly. Household electronics free to drop off hard drive. Definitely recommend and easily located with plenty of parking. Agree with other reviewer about unprofessional staff. When you sign up, the owner just rubs you the wrong way. Comes off as trying to impress and intimidate you simultaneously. Napoleon complex with an ego to boot. Pushed way to hard for me to join his class. Not comfortable going there late or early hours when it's just him there. Creepy vibes! ~Drone

I can’t understand these reviews. The staff in the pharmacy is always pleasant and the actual pharmacist is great. The service here is better than any other pharmacy in the area and you don’t have to wait in long lines to pick up your scripts. ~Deanna

GREAT place to come and work out , love the team, if you will weak one day or no motivation just coming here the people are great and they all push you and motivate you to do better, i know this because i was always the last one lol and thats what they did to me lol.
