Best retreat center in Reading, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

My Wife and I have gone there for sessions and have done retreats there including a private retreat for myself, even to the point i even found myself wishing it was a two week retreat because it helped so much. I felt like i was not just heard but understood by both Carrie and her husband Christopher. Both have given me new tools i was able to use right away and have given me the gift of being able to “see myself” in such a better light. The meditation i learned was fun & interesting. I’ve used it in my daily life to start my day and find it really helpful. The yoga helped with feeling more comfortable and was perfect for a low impact man like myself. A great experience, would recommend them to anyone. ~Steve
