Best shipping and mailing service in Reading, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

This is honestly the best post office in the area. People complaining here don't appreciate how difficult this job is during COVID-19 with staff shortages. Sometimes it does take a bit for a line to get processed. There is a self service machine in the lobby as well folks. ~BJ

I had made some online orders and chose to pickup in-store because I wasn't sure if I'd be home when they arrived. What I didn't expect was a fee because I had earned free shipping from the Gap family of stores. This was disappointing because I order frequently online and this was the first time I had to pay at pickup. It was 2 packages on 2 different days which totaled over $10. I don't think I will be using this method again. ~Yoha
