I was truly disappointed in the experience i had with them, i was told by the salesman they could do better on my trade in if i brought it in, i drove an hour to only be told different. No one even went out to even look at my trade in, only the salesman to get the VIN. How can you quote a trade in if you don't even go out to look at it? I called and made sure he knew i was coming at a certain time and he said that will be good, i got there and my salesman spent more time with other people who came in after me and left me waiting so he can keep grasping at straws hoping i would budge on my budget. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone.

The salesman was responsive which was nice. I ordered the car, filled out financing online and even added an accessory through him. However I'm displeased that it took me 2 hours to get in and out of the dealership (plus an hour drive each way). Didn't expect such a long wait for something I thought was essentially complete before I arrived. The wait was due to us needing to be asked to buy service plans. We said no and then were able to leave. Other than taking an incredibly long time, my only real grievance is that Subaru asked dealerships not to mark up the vehicles to profit from inventory shortages. They absolutely did on mine. That profit there will be the only bit they make off of me going forward as I'll buy elsewhere next time.

Over the weekend, we bought our FOURTH Subie from Mike, Jen, Jeff, and the rest of the amazing team at Subaru of Bedford. They've worked miracles for us before and this time was no different. I don't think I would buy another car anywhere else. They were all even super cool with our three kids losing their minds after being there for hours. Thanks again! We love our Subaru Forester Wilderness!

For me, when ever I think of Subaru, I think Bedford Subaru and Mike Bryson! I have been one of Mikes customers for 15 years and have always been treated very well. Mike always makes sure he understands my needs for my next Subaru. He really takes the time to go over all the features, is a great listener and knows my time is valuable. Mike is amazing, I was able to order and take delivery of the new Forester Wilderness and while it took a little time to get to the dealership, it was more then worth the wait and Mike kept me informed of its journey from Washington State to Bedford. I hope I can work with Mike for many years to come!

I am extremely satisfied with this dealership. I’ve known Mike Bryson for over 20 years. I have sent him over 20 people and he’s treated them with the utmost respect and knowledge. What I like about mike is he drives the product, and believes in the product. Living in northeast Ohio is probably one of the best cars you could ever own. Mike is not just my dealer but he is my friend also. If anybody ever needs a Subaru go see him he will definitely set you up.

We had to buy a second vehicle for our growing family and weren’t sure if we wanted the Outback or a Forester. James was immediately helpful and got us to sit in both vehicles easily. Able to pick out our ideal car the same day and then just had to wait for it to arrive on the truck. The vehicle came in the next day and we were on our way! Everyone was very helpful and understanding since we had both kids with us (3 month old and 4 year old). We drove off the lot in my dream car in the right color and right specs! 10/10 would recommend James and the team at Ganley Subaru of Bedford!
