We had to buy a second vehicle for our growing family and weren’t sure if we wanted the Outback or a Forester. James was immediately helpful and got us to sit in both vehicles easily. Able to pick out our ideal car the same day and then just had to wait for it to arrive on the truck. The vehicle came in the next day and we were on our way! Everyone was very helpful and understanding since we had both kids with us (3 month old and 4 year old).
