We were traveling for a family vacay and used their service for an oil change. Super fast and professional! Unfortunately they made an honest mistake with my oil plug. Frustrating, but just one phone call they apologized and got it all fixed up with no charge at their expense. No one is perfect, mistakes happen, but to own it and make it right without argument shows character, which needs to be honored and appreciated. I am not sure we are traveling through Maryland again anytime soon, but if we need any JF services, I would return here again. Because character and service matter and they showed it. Pulled in 10 minutes before they open. 5 minutes before they open the technician pulled me to the door and manager/franchisee greeted me by name (I have only been here once before). I let them know my vehicle was just over the mileage and I received a low oil warning yesterday. The manager had them verify how low the vehicle was and told me they offer free oil check and top off between oil changes. They completed the job and I was in my car in 15 minutes. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. They addressed me by my name immediately when I pulled up and asked if I wanted the same type of oil change as last time. That made the check-in process super easy and was a nice touch. I also like that a team member explained what needed replacing using a big display inside the shop.
