Took advantage of my employee who is a refugee from Africa. Had him get a bunch of things done that he didn't need then charged premium prices for it. He went in for an oil change and left with a $230 bill. He thought it was going to be $50. He did complain to the manager, but the manager told him to leave, probably because he figured he wouldn't do anything since he's a refugee and doesn't know how things work here. I'm the one who pays for the oil changes, so now it's my problem. Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement

The speed at which we were greeted, checked in, and escorted to the waiting room. They checked over our vehicle, and made several recommendations. While these recommendations raised the overall price of our visit, it was our option at each step to accept them or refuse them with the report that these systems needed maintenance at any rate. They completed the work quickly, and we wre on our way when we had thought it would be our afternoon.
