My friend got scammed there twice because there were skimmers attached to it. He had to cancel his credit cards and get new ones twice. If you go to that gas station, DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD THERE!

Well it didn't give my the option to put my rewards # in I stopped to get cash because it was cheaper with a car wash would have been $4.59 a gallon didn't give me a option to get a car wash . I went in side the cashier said oh well maybe get more gas. I never go to another shee station again. She replied oh well. gas was $479.

We now unfortunately avoid this gas station due to experienced profound dishonesty, misrepresentation of thieve services. After bringing a certain incident to the attention of an employee in the booth we were ignored and practically ignored. The Shell should have some oversight. They were also cheating on prepaid car wash service.

This Shell will attempt to not apply Shell Loyal rewards and T-MOBILE reward points! I went inside the store rather than paying at the pump. I requested the attendant to apply my $0.15 discount. However, he did not apply the discount and only provided their $0.05 Tuesday discount which he would not cancel. I have read other reviews regarding this gas station and they're definitely dishonest. I contacted corporate office and reported this matter. I am very satisfied with the resolution and will continue as a Shell customer! However, I will "NEVER" obtain services from this Shell station. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Went to get gas and the owner had me swipe card 3 times. After the 2nd swipe the Transaction completed. It took it from my bank. And he told us it didn’t go Thur and swipe again. So it declined because I only transferred over a certain amount to my cash app card. So that mean he got it. He said come back in 2days I do that and show him that he never put in a refund. Still trying give him a change to fix the problem. I get some gas and I’m use cash this time told him to put 30 on whatever pump I was at. And he didn’t so I go back in and he tell me I only gave him 20. Lucky the person behind me was still at store to verify. Please don’t spend your money here they will steal from you then kick you out the store. I will be calling the County controller

I usually go to this gas station for *tabacco leaves* because its convenient and close to my house but I wont be going anymore because the guy always tries to overcharge. 1st time I went in they were expensive and I thought "wow not getting them here anymore" but when a woman was working I grabbed some because I stopped for gas and they were cheaper. Went in for 2 single leaves last week and the total was $4 and change as expected. Today I went and the guy was there and I asked for 2 singles again and the little screen said "prepaid $5.00" He rang up $5 in gas just to overcharge me for the leaves!! I gave him $5 in quarters and I'm never going in there again.

It gets 3 stars reasonably priced fuel, but it loses a star because he attendant barely speaks understandable English. You'd like if you're an attendant at a gas station you'd be required to speak flawless English. And it losses an another star because the car wash sucks! I still have dirt on my paint and windows. My undercarriage needed to get washed badly and it was never touched. I had to get home and wash it all down. I'm never using that car wash because I'm never losing money to that again!

I wouldn’t recommend, gas tank filled with a purchase of a car wash only to find out when you’re in the wash area that it’s out of service, they should put a sign on the gas pumps that car wash is out of order at this time, so inconvenient. Also didn’t offer a refund when asked about it, just recommend to come some other time. Then when the time comes to have car wash, code wasn’t accepted because it expired 5 days ago, just when I looked at the receipt that it was only good for 30 days. WHY? You paid for it already, why should it be expired within 30 days? It’s a rip off! Yes, it’s just $10 worth but that can be $10 x 10 people easy. Who would think about going to a car wash on a snow or rainy day anyway. Why do they have to dictate when you consume the wash you already paid for. If they have to put an expiration should be 6 months, you don’t suppose increase your car washes rate that often, right, never again.

Horrible service and horrible attitude got gas and a car wash. Car wash didn't do anything but wet the car. All dirt still on car with water marks added. Clerk/owner refused refund and said that was all the express car wash did was spray with water little soap. When i Pointed out that is not a wash but a water spray and the business info was misleading to customers he acted like I was an idiot and said people just get the wash for the discount on the gas. Sorry I expect $6 to at least get the basic dirt/salt off
