Best auto repair shop in Baltimore, Maryland (MD) 2024

Well it didn't give my the option to put my rewards # in I stopped to get cash because it was cheaper with a car wash would have been $4.59 a gallon didn't give me a option to get a car wash . I went in side the cashier said oh well maybe get more gas. I never go to another shee station again. She replied oh well. gas was $479. ~Phyllis

I bought a can from Antwerpen Mitsubishi and the service from Timothy and Autumn was phenomenal. However, my partner was interested in a Nissan. So, I thought based on the excellent service received from the Antwerpen Mitsubishi location I would experience the same level of service from the Nissan store. However, the salesman and sales manager said even before we had even selected a car, that we would need auto insurance per Maryland law to test drive a car. I won’t even begin to address that lie, but we left immediately after a Google search proved that was a lie, and took our business back to the Mitsubishi store. Because If you lie about something small you will lie about something big, and the sales manger with the three last names who proudly lied touting 20 plus years of experience selling cars attempting to lend creditably to his lie was CRAZY. However, we bought another car a few hours later from the Mitsubishi store. ~Troy

When I brought my car in they were able to quickly determine the problem, and finish the repair by the end of the day, even though it was the weekend and they had to go out to the dealership for a part. So grateful! They provide service in both English and Spanish. ~Lena
