I called about putting in my water pump. I was told to bring in the car and the work will be started that day. I get there and the guy wanted me to park my car on the street. I asked are you going to start this today ? He said no Wednesday. I asked him why would you tell me your going to start this today and bring the car over when you plan to wait a few days ? And he said I never said that. I said sir I would of never brought the car if you were not ready. He said I want it here for when I’m ready to start working on it. I told him I do not want my car parked out on the street like that considering the street. Also you said you start it today. Complete waste of my time. If you wasn’t gonna start til a certain day that’s when you should of asked me to bring it. Not waste my time. So I went else where that is more professional. Being misleading is very unprofessional.

If you have a car like Lexus or BMW or Mercedes or Audi please don't go to this place as they don't know anything about these cars. I was there for some brakes and it took them 5 hours to change the rear brakes because they couldn't turn off the sensor light...

My truck was running hot I took it to this sorry Mechanics and they had my truck 4.5 hours and told me I neeeded a new engine and that I had no leaks and he looked for leaked and put more coolant in the truck I paid 40 dollars for him to walk around my truck and basically jip me outa 40 dollars cause I took it straight to a radiator shop was there 30 minutes and I need a whole new water pump and when I called and asked him if he checked the operation of my water pump to see if it was bad he told me no it’s not leaking WORST AUTO REPAIR SHOP IVE EVER BEEN TO
