Over fifteen years ago had my nissan towed in for service. Was told it would cost about one thousand ,dollars to repair. Attempted to pass this information on to the service department. They said let us take care of it ma'am. They did, less than two hundred dollars. Fast forward to today, no one can figure out what's wrong with my car. Coming from PA to Security Nissan, the same quality service from the guy checking my car in, to the individual repairing my car and the cashier paying my bill. Awesome job everyone 👏🏿 Thank you guys.

Scott and Mike were fantastic to work with and helped us find a 2023 Leaf with minimal wait time. They were tremendously easy to work with over the phone and email, which we greatly appreciated as we're in the process of moving to the area. Can't wait to see the car in person, and we're excited that Antwerpen Security Nissan is our new home dealership!

I will always take my car to the dealership because they know exactly what they are doing seeing as though they specialize in your car. Once you describe the problem they seem to know exactly what to do. My appointment was for 1p and was a bit early, they didn’t make me wait and my car was done and I was out by 1:20 and thankfully it didn’t break my pockets 😅. Oh and they are very friendly, respectful and prompt.

Although the staff in the Service department were kind, the lady at the cashiers desk was NOT! This is not the first time I've had to deal with her and each time, its something I'd rather not do again! The service team did well to keep me updated on what maintenance my car needed and my car was ready around 11:30am after dropping it off at 7:30. From the dealership I was able to get the shuttle home, however, once my car was ready, the shuttle NEVER came back to get me after I confirmed that I would need one, TWICE! After waiting well over an hour for the shuttle I called back to the dealership multiple times and the phone just rang and rang. I had to get someone to bring me back to the dealership to get my car (which was around 2:30/3pm at this point) When I told the gentlemen in the service department that the shuttle never came the response was "I don't know where there are. I can never find them when I need them". That's a major problem! Had I not secured my own transportation after 2hrs of waiting, my car would still be there. The fact that I was told someone was on their way, but never a call back to say they couldn't make it is an issue for me. This is the 2nd time I've taken my car to this dealership for repairs and each time it's been an ordeal.

Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly. The service was good - my brakes were way past due and they were able to recoat the rotors instead of making me replace them, which was awesome. I also hate that I even have to say this - unlike other dealerships I've been to before, where I was treated cith condescension because I am a woman, I was treated with equal respect to anyone else there. They made me feel like they're people I can trust.

I been to multiple dealerships and this dealership is in a league of there own. The customer service you receive from this place is phenomenal. James Valentine professionalism and leadership shouldn't go unnoticed. The staff is awesome. They treated my warranty repairs as if they were regular repairs. Cashier was awesome as well. Have a customer for life!!!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The tall white guy was very nice. He made me aware of a feature on my truck I didn't know was there. The gentleman that brought me lunch was so nice. Thanks again. I didn't give 5 stars because while the staff was courteous no one seem to have noticed my tire had something wrong with it. My tires was supposed to be rotated but the air pressure was not adjusted...maybe it's not supposed to be...matter of fact, upon further review my tires were not rotated at. That may explain why the guy said it would be two hours and it ended up being a hour. SMDH

I bought a can from Antwerpen Mitsubishi and the service from Timothy and Autumn was phenomenal. However, my partner was interested in a Nissan. So, I thought based on the excellent service received from the Antwerpen Mitsubishi location I would experience the same level of service from the Nissan store. However, the salesman and sales manager said even before we had even selected a car, that we would need auto insurance per Maryland law to test drive a car. I won’t even begin to address that lie, but we left immediately after a Google search proved that was a lie, and took our business back to the Mitsubishi store. Because If you lie about something small you will lie about something big, and the sales manger with the three last names who proudly lied touting 20 plus years of experience selling cars attempting to lend creditably to his lie was CRAZY. However, we bought another car a few hours later from the Mitsubishi store.
