The back up camera on my new car stopped working so i took it to them. As soon as i mentioned that my camera was not working the representative immediately said it would take 3 to 4 days. I felt like they were trying to rip me off and he was rude too. I know for a fact that checking whats wrong with the camera doesn't take 3 to 4 days. Update: I was contacted by the dealership regarding my problem and they replaced the camera. They were prompt and quick to respond with my frustration and the revisit was overall a good experience.

I decided to give you guys another chance, even when I never had a good experience at our shop. When we purchased the car and the first two services were far from acceptable, but I received a call that promised me some things that will be done on my next service for free So I decided to take my car over there for the 15,000 miles service. I was greeted by Eric, I told him the situation that transpired the last time I was there. That Matt Keenan told me that I will get the oil change, tire rotation, and carwash for free. He told me that carwash is always free, and that I will have to pay for my tire rotation. I was not even in the mood to discuss anything, so I accepted even though I was promised something totally different. After 3 hours, when my car was ready, guess what I found out? MY CAR WAS NOT WASHED AGAIN!!!!! If a customer enters, and tells you that he had a particular problem the previous time he was in your store, you as an employee must ensure that in no way the same problem is repeated. It seems that this does not matter to you, the dissatisfaction of your customers is overwhelming.

The service crew is very knowledgeable and Max really helped me out a great deal. my tires were under warranty but it took the warranty line a while to respond, but in the end my vehicle was taken care of.

The Service rep Max was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything that was to be done to my vehicle and recommended that I get new tires. I know tires can be expensive so Max told me about the finance program which would allow me to spread out the payments in installments. Kudos to Max for his excellence.

I just got my vehicle 2 weeks ago. And i wanted to leave a comment now. I must say that the sales person who is Kevin was so nice, helpful and understanding to me :P I really appreciate it. But I can’t say the same for sales consultant. I don’t know why but he did not seem like a helpful person. It was late hour so he may be tired. 🙈 But anyway I am happy overall. My recommendation: Don’t buy from this dealer. It took me two days to write this review because I was very upset with this dealer. I started to negotiate a vehicle a few days ago with one sale representative. I started the negotiation for a Nissan Rogue 2021, but the deal was to much for a car that had a 1-year-old depreciation, and they were taking advantage of my wife limited credit experience, although credit was more than 719 score. Then, last Sunday, we stop by the dealer to see other options such as Nissan Altima and the Kick models. I received the attention from another Sales representative that did not have a single clue about what he was taking about and it showed lack of training. He ran my wife credit without authorization and left us in his desk for more than 30 minutes while he was trying to make another sale. We ended up walking away from the dealer and 30 minutes after we left, he called us. Monday, we were contact by the original salesperson, and we entered negotiations for a 2022 Nissan Kicks. We told him from day one that we will not be paying for the “Market Adjustment fees or for the Assurance options”, and he agreed not to put any cost in the price. The dealer offered 5.9% interest (which still to high) instead of a 7% and we decided to visit the dealer once again to make the deal happen. Once, we get there, while we were signing documents, we noticed that the Assurance option was placed in the deal for $1,000 dollars. We asked the dealer to remove that fee because we didn’t agree on that. The manager came to the office and told us: “ That the assurance package and I am basically giving it to you for free”. Since the only thing that the dealers may offer for free is only the coffee, and in this case, the $1,000 dollars increase the sale price, I insisted that they need to remove that from the deal since we did not agree on that. Then, they reprint the contract sheet and suddenly, the $1,000 dollar were put back in the contract in another area. I looked at the document and asked again: Why the price went up for $1,000 dollars? and the manager said: “That’s the market adjustment price and I am only charging that”. Again, I explained that we did not agree on that, and the manager stated that: “Then, I will not sale the car”. My wife and I looked at each other, and we just stopped the signing and decided not to make the purchase. We showed the manager more than 3 times the texts between the salesperson and us and the manager failed to honor what we were offered. The very next day, we received a text message from the sale representative let us know how sorry he was and that if we decided to change ours minds, then to call them. I believe that these people are trying to take advantage of the shortage of new cars to start increasing car prices for $3,000 or more plus trying to add Insurance protection plans that are you are not obligated to take. I ended losing more than $100 dollars in Uber transportation cost to get to the dealer.

I would definitely not recommend this dealership. They will definitely act as if they understand completely what you need. They will tell you they will get it come back with many surprises. I called before i went it and still wasted my time. Up until this moment i still have not seen actual figures or numbers. They meet separately without you then come give some weird situation. I am highly disappointed in them would not do business. I asked for copy of figured both vehicles i was interested one lower and one higher they only focused on the higher vehicle. After leaving because I didn’t like offer i asked my sales person Marshall to send me my actual figures he sent me some other women information with her address, phone number and all. How can you send another clients personal information. NOT OK!!! There no open communication at this dealership at allWhen i did even ask speak to manager that was there he showed no interest. He kept looking at his screen… did all kind inquiries and came back with something ridiculous. I recommend you go to college park next door ! Stay away….

i recently bought a 2019 sentra, 5 months ago and it was giving me problems. the service tech, Max went well and beyond to meet my needs and make sure i did not miss any time from work. Aston took great care of me, keeping posted while i waited. overall they care about the customer!!!!!
