Henry Shin of General Autobody was wonderful. The team finished my car a day before the estimate and saved me $300, as well as doing additional work free of charge. They replaced a joiner that a previous mechanic had used silicone caulk to keep together, washed the exterior of my car, and vacuumed the interior. Best of all, Mr. Shin was polite and professional and didn’t condescend to me at all. Service: Body & Trim

A guy name Christopher who said he works here approached me in DC to fix my car on the spot for $150. It was just to fix a rough patch that was about to rust on my door so I said he could go ahead. He used orange paint on my red car. It looked so bad but I was scared to not pay the guy. Kinda bummed he took advantage but I suppose it's my fault. I don't recommend this guy/place. Ugh.
