I only gave one star because you can give 0 ...I went in to switch phone plans the person at the front says it will be a 10 min Waite..another man walks up and says we are not selling unlock phones after I told him we was switching to sprint and we were not standing in the un lock section....he walks a ways comes back and says the activation person called in so they don't have anyone to activate phones.....this is poor staffing...do I need to come run this store. There are a lot of people who needs jobs....and you should always have a back up for each sections....you just lost a sake...get it together!

Best Buy has a wide variety of electronic devices from tv's to cell phones and washer & dryers. This is a clean store that could use a little bit of up front stocking. Maybe people purchased heavily right before I got there. Located in a nice shopping center that has other superstores. Right next to route 1 and the Washington beltway.

Terrible 0 STARS!!!! if I could. Customer service is non existent and when they do help they are rude. Do not trust the positive reviews those are fake and they are just trying to increase their rating. This place is a perfect example of why retail is dying.

Absolutely DO NOT come here for any cards, Pokémon or MTG, since they don’t keep them behind the counter they get robbed. Empty boxes are left on the shelves with no booster packs, or packs are open and all the holos are taken

I went in to buy a roku box and next thing I know I bought twice as much since they had more products than I expected. And the customer service was pretty good overall. This is right off the beltway which made its access pretty easy

DO NOT COME HERE!! I came in looking for a printer and could not get any help. I waited for over 20 minutes and never had anyone come over. I signed in with the person at the door and he promised that someone would be with me in 5 minutes. No one ever came and I completely wasted my time. The person at the door wasn’t all that pleasant or helpful. I don’t even think he even cares that I never got help. I’m never coming back here again!!!!!

Visit: 15 March 2022 Purchased: cell phones We were assisted by Leydi Soriano at this visit. She was very knowledgeable about the products. She was very patient, took time to explain and even helped us with phone/data transfer. The colour/make/model I was looking for was not available at this College Park location, and she went above and beyond to check the availability of the colour/make/model at all the nearby stores. Due to back orders, I ended up purchasing what was available at this store with the help of Leydi.
