Sales associate Miles is amazing! His manager should give him a bonus. I was debating between a big purchase at Sam's Club vs. Best Buy. Miles took the time to walk me through my options and compare and contrast features of different models. Mikes answered all of my questions and taught me about great features I wasn't aware of. First visit to this store a few weeks ago. At first was concerned because when I arrived it was clear the store was being completely renovated and no one could go inside. The friendly staff quickly approached me, scanned my online order on my phone, and brought out my order within 1 minute. They had a POS system out front and were fully operational despite not having a building! By now I’m sure they are open inside and fully remodeled.

This best buy has been good to me the 2 times I've been. My most recent visit was to fix my phone. "BROKEN by a very small very muscular bull terrier wanting some attention". I'm on leave from work, my phone breaks and I had to leave for my vacation in 18 hours. Best Buy replaced it outright and transferred all all the info and didn't get an attitude about it like I've encountered in the past. The had a professional and positive interaction with me for the whole visit from geeksqaud to the cellphone carriers that provided the swap. When I'm back in Maryland this will be the Best Buy I stop at. Good luck with the renovations to the store.

This is the greatest Best Buy I have been too. It's not even close to my house but I come here because of the excellent customer service from every employee. The young lady that is at the door and Samantha were so professional and kind to me. Both were patient with helping me figure out my smart watch issue. Sam went the extra mile to help me pick which watch was best for me and put my screen protector on. This location has a great team 👏🏾

Best Buy is always a good trip for me and my family. Checking out what the latest electronics are like and testing a few of them is always enjoyable. The cashier at the check out was very patient with us and several employees made sure we were good during our time there. Overall a great experience.

To be completely honest I didn't used to be a big fan of Best buy it seemed like they put the hard sell on only the "high end" products. If you just wanted a non branded item that was lower price you had to go all the way to the back of the store on the bottom shelf hidden somewhere out of sight. Seems that paradigm has shifted at least at this store. This Best buy has a Magnolia sound room in it which makes all the difference if you are shopping for A/V speakers or receivers and want to listen to them. I don't know anywhere else close that offers a sound room. They also have Polk and Klipsch displays on the main floor. Staff I engaged with were knowledgeable and friendly. Store was well organized. Great shopping experience 🙂
