DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! This is a racist establishment! I waited in there long lines. It is sad how Walmart is always hiring, but have disrespectful employees. This one cashier saw my family and I in line patiently waiting. She had her light on at line 1. She proceeds to say that she is going to stop ringing people up after this lady that wasn’t African American. That’s is racist and rude! This store has so many issues that have not changed. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!

This would’ve received a 2 stars , if not for the grocery section which is always stocked correctly and maintains a good A variety of products the store is always in a disarray or either out of stock I’ve never seen a super Walmart with such small unorganized layout many products out or In the wrong spot . The staff is rude not all but I’ve been offended and felt uncomfortable more than I’ve been. Greeted and felt calm. The electronic service is by far the worst there’s never anyone To help the managers act bothered with getting items they have locked up . The lawn and garden section is full of neglected plants and other miscellaneous non lawn and garden stuff . Never go before they close about 4hrs prior to closing you’ll be constantly dodging employees moving large pallets of products . And some pallets a left blocking products so you might have to squeeze , reach or jump between on beside to get things .. this is my last option for Walmart choices

Had a delivery scheduled between 1pm and 2pm it is now 7:39pm and still have not received my groceries. You call the store abs get no answer you call customer care and they are not helpful at all. Can’t tell you when you will receive the items you paid for will tell you they can cancel the order but than you out of money and good till the refund goes on your card. Than when you ask can you pick the order up you are told no since it’s a delivery order yet no groceries has been delivered

Every time I go to this Walmart I end up putting everything back, and walking out. It’s super busy with no staff. I ordered groceries for pickup and unfortunately I accidentally picked this Walmart. Scheduled pickup for 4pm-5pm so I could pick it up on my way home from work. At 4pm I get a text saying there is a delay. I got no estimated time. Drove to Walmart anyway hoping the status would change by the time I got here. I called the pick up number maybe 6 times before anyone picked up. Says no update can be given. I wish they would just stop this options is they do not have the staff for it instead of stressing out the workers and shoppers.

This Golden Ring Wamart is cool. It's a super store, so, it's pretty big! Be prepared to get some good cardio in. The grocery section is really good. Most of the sections in this walmart are packed with product. The clothes section is always a mess though. They have a bunch of checkout stations, but, may only have 2-3 workers, working, total. It causes lines for checkout.

Very big walmart with lot of groceries and variety of items. I ordered groceries online and i was little late to pick up items. I was worrying about the items as i need to pickup next day if not that day. Manager and staff were very kind to give me delivery of my groceries considering exceptional case though i am few minutes late. Thank you Manager and Staff. Appreciate your great service.

If I could give this place one star I would. At any given time the lines at this store are through the clothing department. It doesn’t make any sense to me. You have associates just standing around looking at you. Then the best part is the store manager doesn’t help either. She is seen talking to 4 other associates. I would think during a rush which seems to be all the time could be avoided if everyone would jump in to accommodate guests that wish to check out.

Despite the long lines and the availability issues, this is actually a great store. Getting into and out of the parking lot is not horrible. The parking lot feels very small to the store, so finding parking at their peak times can be challenging. Overall the store layout is familiar. Will shop here often.

I will say that they seem to stock more items than others Walmarts I've been to but the shelves were still bare. I rated them a 3 because there were only 3 cashiers and super long lines. I waited in line for 45 minutes, which is just ridiculous.

Always have a good shopping experience. It's just when it's time to check out, there's 75 register lanes and about 5 cashiers.😉😆 No one smile anymore when you get to the cashier. I remember those days when the cashier would greet you and smile. Today, you barely get 👁👁contact!😆 So...there's no "exceeding expectations" of customer service. Have a great day on purpose!😁
