I went to this store on March 26th, 2022. My phone was not getting connection to the network. Rikki was the best mobile expert you could find anywhere . He worked so hard to help me to solve the problem. He even went above and beyond of his work to help me. After he did everything and the phone wasn’t working he went to speak to his manager and he was able to get the manager to authorize for him to get to order for me a new replacement phone. I will definitely recommend this T-Mobile store to anyone.

I'm very disappointed and will never go this store again. I was refused service because I can not wear a mask. I have a medical exemption and made them aware of this and yet was still refused service. Nice way to treat a paying customer. They can be sued for discrimination, as this is against the law.

I usually never write reviews, however the experience I had at this location was truly unacceptable. Went to location about 2 months ago to help buy a friend a phone and add him to my existing plan. After a few hours of help, the conclusion was that they added him to our plan, but the team could not get the same rates as the other phones, (essentially, our other phones where significantly less per month compared to the new phone. ) Jose, the worker, said they would take care of it the next day, as they were busy. So, my friend and I went on our way. The next day I called to confirm them changing the rate to match the others, again they were busy and said they would call me back. This happened again and again over the course of the next few weeks- about 5 total times. They never solved the problem, resulting in us paying way more than guaranteed. They never called back, never followed up, and never did what they said. I ended taking the phone off the plan, but I am left with paying twice as much as my normal bill. Unacceptable. I lost about $200 because of the lack of care. Terrible customer service. I would recommend staying away if your issue is a little bit "beyond normal."

Nice store, very slow service. FYI..I purchased a Z fold2 cell phone a few months ago, recently started having phone issues(can't call out completely because it hangs up. Incoming calls as well) I went back to another branch near my home and they said the wrong simcard was put in. I've had two simcards put in so far for the same problem. 5G Tmobile is a joke, I even had to step down from that because of the bad reception where I work. Bottom line I'm not happy with the service at all!

The customer service received by Diana was spectacular. The young lady was very patient with all the questions and offered satisfactory answers to them all. When there was a question she could not answer, her manager answered and he, as well, was a great company representative. This will be my preferred TMobile store from now on and Diana my preferred representative. And to those diva ahole customers that walk in demanding service... Wait your turn and shut your mouth! You aren't special, absolutely no special treatment!

Scott was extremely helpful. I lost my phone and he went out of his way to check stores to see if they had what I wanted. I highly recommend going in and seeing him for any customer needs

I had a problem with my phone and I came into this T-Mobile to see if someone would help me. Gamarry Hodges really IS a "Mobile Expert" just like his business card says. He was so helpful and polite. I always get treated very well by T-Mobile, but especially so by this store. This store knows customer service, always helpful, always knowledgeable, always a smile!

My dad had to go back to this store THREE times because the rude employees would not call customer care per t mobile policy to verify identity to create a pin. He is a elderly man who lost his phone I dont know how such impatient incompetent people work in customer service. Is it so hard to have some compassion and assist people the way the company is specifically requiring, Never go to this store it was a total waste of time and energy.
