Madi is an excellent listener and customer support sales person. She is low key (no pressure) but quick to address any question, very knowledgeable, and supportive of me as a customer to ensure I have the phone I wanted, with specs I desired, in the price range I was comfortable with walking out the door. I couldn't be more satisfied! Coming from 10 years of retail sales, my bar is high and Madi cleared it easily. The 1 star deduction is because the store doesn't have enough phones out to try in person.

I upgraded phone through verizon today and want to thank to the guy help me today. Sorry, I did not get his name though, he patiently waited and made sure all the data transfer and everything done right even after the store closed. I arrived there before store closed, but as usual thing always takes more time and my business took more than a hour, but he was kind and friendly from beginning to end. Thanks!

Wait was FOREVER, upwards of an hour even though there were only THREE customers in the store. There were only two representatives but WOW did they take their sweet sweet time. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience. Do better Verizon, shame on you.

Have had very good help with phone issues but the other day it was staffed by one young lady. She had spent over an hour with one customer setting up and purchasing a phone. Four other people were in line. I left in disgust. As it was well over closing time. I would feel sorry if some one just wanted to make a simple purchase. No way to run a store and with poor productivity. Going to another location.

We had the absolute super best customer service with Donnie! He had such a calm and positive attitude which allowed us to purchase our items smoothly, with the best deals possible. His manager, Oscar and co-worker Enexer were helping make the experience positive and pleasant! We were happy with our purchase!
