Zero stars ! Incompetent beyond any acceptable levels. They billed be without insurance for $47, said they canceled the transaction, then the cost was $5 with insurance. Week later I was billed for both charges. Manager would not help with any refund even with receipts, claiming that it is out of their hands and to get the bank to refund. What?!?! So I guess I’m stuck with a $52 bottle of antibiotics 😡

Consistently incompetent. Long lines. Rude staff, especially the new hire. I will switch my prescriptions to another store. Also I have seen multiple complaints on social media as well as here about the Rotunda Walgreen's pharmacy. Who is the supervisor of this pharmacy? How come no one knows how to complain about this pharmacy to corporate headquarters?

I was scheduled for my 2nd Covid vaccine today 3/30/21. At 2:15 yesterday the Walgreens in Elkridge phoned me saying there was a computer mistake made in scheduling my 2nd appointment, and that the location I was scheduled for only was administering Pfizer. I’d gotten the Moderna. To make matters worse they (Eldridge) told me I’d be responsible for finding my own new appointment. I called this location and Elise spoke with me. She was so kind and reassured I would get my vaccine today or at the latest tomorrow. Told me to call her today and sure enough she had me scheduled! Thank goodness for Elise and her caring nature to take care of this dilemma. I’d say she was an angel! The pharmacist was also very through, professional, as well as kind. It was a very positive experience. In my life experience, I’ve found many times, kindness is met with kindness, and rudeness is met with rudeness. I’d definitely use this pharmacy again. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'd rather stick up magic crystal up my nose than going into this pharmacy again.. Starts with 15 min.. another 15 min.. they make you wait for hours. Head pharmacist is SLOW and seriously unmotivated. I would recommend to stay away from this pharmacy.

Pharmacy employees are rude. You're better off going to the Walgreens less than a half mile away on 41st St near the Giant

Rude pharmacy. They don't even open the other side either the gate is always down so you have to enter on the other side.

Always decently friendly. One time though, I was waiting in line at the pharmacy when a problem with some other customers that were in the line occurred. An old lady came to get a form from the cashier and remarked to a man who had a lot of items to ring up that when the pharmacy line was crowded it was rude to bring so many items to be rung up at the pharmacy. The man had a fit, demanding to speak to management. When management came the manager gave the rude man a discount alienating all of us who had been waiting patiently for his many items to be rung up; we all surely could have used a discount for having to deal with this situation created by the rude man. Moreover, the manager walked the rude man to his car, carrying all of his items and profusely apologizing!
