Nordstrom cafe never disappoints. I've been going to the cafe for 30 years and I've never had a single complaint. The cafe has been redesigned several times and the menu has changed, but the food, cashiers (when they had them) and wait staff have always been delicious, competent and professional, in that order. Prices have gone up over the years, but I've always felt like i got a good value too.

Excellent customer service in the men's wear department - Corey could not have been more professional and patient with our nephew getting his first button-down shirts and slacks. Corey took time to explain options and find what brands were the best fit, without pressuring or rushing anyone. He was incredibly helpful!

I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my life. I would have never expected this from Nordstrom. I have been a customer for years. Over the past year they have screwed up so many of my orders including the most recent two. One I just didn't receive and the other was missing half the items. They basically called me a liar and stated they had made a "business decision" not to re ship the missing items and blamed it on theft. I have cameras on my house which I reviewed in detail. Nothing was stolen. I am now out over $3oo worth of merchandise and they could care less. I will no longer be shopping with Nordstrom nor will any of my family. Not a great way to treat your customers. Beware.

After thousands and thousands spent at this store decided to try an online order…royally screwed up! Whole point of ordering online is convenience. Instead this has been the opposite. I ordered four items. I received only one correct item. I was then told if I wanted a refund as all the items are now out of stock and couldn’t be reshipped …I’d have to take them to a post office and send them back. So let me get this straight… i paid for items I never received (but you promised to send when I paid) and now my money is being held hostage until I send those wrong items back to Nordstrom. I Understand this concept perfectly well… but rather than convenience I now have to go out of my way to right the wrong of Nordstrom so they don’t have a loss. I was met with zero customer service or understanding that this is an inconvenience to me. O could’ve ordered these items elsewhere. Now instead I’m out the money, the items and have to make it to a shipping center for them to release my money they are holding for items I never received. I will no longer shop here and will be sure to spread the word.
