This branch Manager and Associate have no knowledge about banking. I made an appointment at 2pm and went 10 minutes earlier and there were no line or people, the lady on the desk just went behind after telling me to wait and came back after my scheduled appointment. She then tell me I cannot open business checking account, because my LLC is foreign in the Maryland. But Mr. Patrick from Truist made a profile for me online a day earlier, so it will be easier for me, still this lady did not let me open a business account. My LLC business is 11 years old business and I have been doing real estate business in Maryland as foreign company for 4 years and I have an account with Bank for America for a long time. The Employees of this location at 5600 Greenbelt Rd, College Park, MD are very unprofessional and don't know anything about Banking. Because of them, Truist lost a customer like me. Who hired these people. such unprofessional and uncourteous people. ~Jabin

I would like to express my disappointment with Gerber Caliber Collision. As you probably know, my 2009 Toyota Camry went into repairs due to an accident on May 1st. The way I provided my car to their possession was not the way it was returned back to me. When I drove off after picking it, I I discovered that it was a nail in my tire. I drove it back for the guy to fix. Apparently, he did not do a good job because it was not probably patched like it was supposed to. I drove last night and the tire light indicator came on and it felt like my car was lopsided. Now, I am going to have to take my car to the tire to get it re-patched. ~B

I absolutely recommend Crazy Car Audio! I came in to have my factory stereo replaced. Had been having car troubles cause the radio was draining out my car battery and I was gonna have to wait 2 months for Best Buy to install, I called them and made an appointment the next day, super fast and they’re very friendly. They gave me a timeframe and it was installed sooner. Thank you guys!! ~Luisa

I can’t recall when I first went to Kustom Muffler but followed him from Hyattsville to College Park. Look.. Rob isn’t an Angel by far. He is loud, hyper, and funny but his custom work and welding skills is no joke. Either way, I do think most of his customers such as myself like loud noises. Yes, to some might question why I bring my modified vehicles to him for exhaust work. What can I say? He’s willing to explore his abilities and get things done. One time, the NSX struck a pothole around University of Maryland and the flanges popped off. I brought the vehicle to him unannounced while he was on lunch break. This guy packed his lunch, came back to the shop, fixed my issue and got me going my business. From a little experience like that it tells me how he values my time and even go above and beyond to keep a happy customer. I recommend everyone I know to his shop from a minor leak to a full custom exhaust make over. Since I trust his work, without a doubt I encourage for you to extend your exhaust needs so he can accommodate you. Don’t you want to be happy like the rest of his customers? Henry Shin of General Autobody was wonderful. The team finished my car a day before the estimate and saved me $300, as well as doing additional work free of charge. They replaced a joiner that a previous mechanic had used silicone caulk to keep together, washed the exterior of my car, and vacuumed the interior. I just got my vehicle 2 weeks ago. And i wanted to leave a comment now. I must say that the sales person who is Kevin was so nice, helpful and understanding to me :P I really appreciate it. But I can’t say the same for sales consultant. I don’t know why but he did not seem like a helpful person. It was late hour so he may be tired. 🙈 But anyway I am happy overall. Went to @pizza. Drove a good little way to get here, but it was worth it. The pizza 🍕 was great and it didn't take too long. Lots of eateries in this shopping center. It's probably because it's in College Park. Lots of students like pizza also. ~Kwaku

I’m going to start this review by saying this entire company is racist. No person of color especially a black person should sell their things to this company. I brought in several items that had tags on them and because they didn’t fit the stereotype of the white area that it’s in they chose to say that my clothes wouldn’t sell. I know that that is a lie because I have seen plenty of college girls in that area wearing the exact same clothing. Same time in the store I found a black woman who wanted my new leather Zara dress that was originally $70 it was never worn. I ended up selling the dress to her in this store that claimed they did not have the clientele to take my items. What I got from the store was that the ownership is racist. They only want things that cater to white people even though they are in an ethnic area such as College Park. I have found plenty of black women in this specific area who would love the clothes that I brought in but it didn’t fit the white standard in the store so it wasn’t taken. I cannot speak for the manager because she tried to run away from the situation. However the people that do work there the staff they are friendly they are lovely however I will never recommend any person of color to go to the store to bring your clothes because it’s not white enough. On top of that they took two items who were in worse condition than the rest of the clothes that were in great condition because it fit the white aesthetic in the area. ~Crystal
