Everything was fine until we moved earlier this year. Cancelled our membership and have screenshots proving it was cancelled and we’re still being charged. I’ve made calls, left messages and nothing. Disputed it last month with the bank because it was already cancelled and we still got charged. This month yet again money removed from our account on a membership that hasn’t been used in over a year and the nearest one to us is a long drive. Looks like I’m going to have to speak to a lawyer since they want to keep stealing money on accounts that’s been cancelled. From other reviews in general it seems to be a common problem. I will never do business with them again even if one opened up next door. Stop stealing money from people that have cancelled and left your gym! Our account was always in good standings and we never had issues until we moved. Highly ticked off isn’t even describing it, nothing but greedy shady business practices.

I do NOT recommend this place, After spending almost 1,850 dollars over my 3 years going there...I broke ONE rule..by accident...and the owners Jim and Charity Smith,Terminated my membership and then preceeded to tell their remaining employees a completely different reason for my termination...besides never receiving no compensation for getting THREE Other people to sign up...so if you are too large, 3x or more..you will not get the free t-shirt...nor any compensation of any kind... they are crooks and will find excuses to terminate your membership if they don't like you for any reason . You have been warned

Love this Planet Fitness, super clean,well maintain equipment but the Best part is the staff, always greets you with a smile,always takes time to laugh,talk with you and help when you need it. A big thank you to Xavier Swopes, Stone (Timothy) Hughes,Cheyenne Blevins, and Garrett Ward, you guys are awesome!!!!

Really love this gym! I've been a member for going on 2 years. Staff is friendly, coaches are awesome. Good variety of machines and weights. Always clean. 2 tanning beds and hydrobeds. Open 24 hours so I can go when I have time.

Very clean gym with weights and machines for any exercise. The premium membership is worth every cent as you also get access to tanning beds, hydro massage and other perks. Staff are super professional too.

This is a very comfortable place to workout, friendly knowledgeable staff, always clean facilities, equipment is always cleaned after everyone is done and they are always in top shape. Never have I ever had an issue with anyone or any equipment . Love going here and will remain a member as long as I am in this area.. I highly recommend this gym to young and old.

I've been going since they opened about 7 months ago, and I've been pretty happy with it so far. Membership is cheap for what you get, it's usually not too crowded, and the staff is nice. The bathrooms and workout area are always clean.
