Best gym in Elizabethton, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Everything was fine until we moved earlier this year. Cancelled our membership and have screenshots proving it was cancelled and we’re still being charged. I’ve made calls, left messages and nothing. Disputed it last month with the bank because it was already cancelled and we still got charged. This month yet again money removed from our account on a membership that hasn’t been used in over a year and the nearest one to us is a long drive. Looks like I’m going to have to speak to a lawyer since they want to keep stealing money on accounts that’s been cancelled. From other reviews in general it seems to be a common problem. I will never do business with them again even if one opened up next door. Stop stealing money from people that have cancelled and left your gym! Our account was always in good standings and we never had issues until we moved. Highly ticked off isn’t even describing it, nothing but greedy shady business practices. ~Natasha
