II would put 0 stars if I could, They always make mistakes with my prescriptions, they call me to pick them up at 9 am, I come to the store at 4pm and they are not ready and incomplete. The girls that work there: Charlinee and Justice are the rudest girls, they cover their names with their sweaters and jackets, or turn the badges to their bodies to hide their names in any way, becuase they know how bad they area in their service, I have complaint about them but nothing had change, The pharmacist in charge told me that she was a little overwhalm, but of course I would feel the same way having this kind of employees next to me, I feel very sorry for the pharmacist, she tried as much she can. Wallmart can't do anything about this service because the pharmacy is not part of the store but it affects a lot because they represent Wallmart too.

I received a phone call from Walmart pharmacy in Tega Cay, South Carolina telling me that I had a prescription ready to pick up. I went there the following morning at 9:00 am and the place was still closed. There were people in line and an associate waiting to work. Finally, April, the pharmacist, showed up 10 minutes late with her phone in her ear and opened up the silver roller window. After giving my name, I was told that there was no prescription there for me. Really? No one could tell me why I got that phone call and nobody apologized. This is just plain awful customer service, inconsiderate and reflects badly on Walmart.

I can only get what I need from the pharmacist. Everyone else seems to be incompetent or have an attitude problem. Both my husband and I have bad experiences with them in the last couple months. Pharmacist did try to fix the problem but it seems the biggest problem is there unprofessional staff. Last contact trying to get my medicine filled almost brought me to tears. The staff member would not even listen to what I had to say. She was completely rude. I'm sending my husband in to get my medicine. I'm not even dealing with them anymore. I'm done! Do they not have any consequences for their behavior there?

As we age we find the need for a pharmacy and this one is great, more than once have the staff went out of their way to help my husband and myself. I found out today that a very important member of the pharmacy staff is leaving this week, "Ruby", there will never be another "Ruby" she is the backbone of that pharmacy, Ruby you will be greatly missed! Thanks for all the help over the years!

Most times shelves are empty. I have been in this Walmart at least 60 times . I go to fill my list and more than not at least 2 items were not available U either have a inventory problem or staffing problems

I loved this pharmacy at first but have since had a lot of issues with billing. Most people there are great but some have no idea what they are doing and just pass you on to another person because they don't know, or don't care to take the time to figure anything out. Very frustrating.

The Walmart Pharmacy at Tega Cay is EXCELLENT! The woman who works the counter, April, goes out of her way to be helpful and polite. I have been here several times and she is a truly a spot of sunshine.

Should have known better. Absolutely terrible. Changed over from CVS for convenience but it is anything but convenient dealing with this location. The only positive is the pharmacists themselves who have all been very helpful and professional, but the rest of the staff are clearly lacking any customer service skills. I have already changed back to CVS.
