By far the worst run, most disorganized pharmacy in the US. Kroger and employees tone deaf to this fact! Medication never on time. The lines and waits are endless! I would recommend any other pharmacy but Kroger! Sad!!

These slowest in history! Waiting in drive thru for an hour for na prescription that should have been ready 24 hours ago.... Then told to Drive around" and get back in line to wait another hour... Decided to go in and waited in line for another 35 to 40 minutes..

The people make the difference. David and James are great…they will stop what they’re doing to answer any questions, even when they’re busy. The rest of the staff are professional, courteous and friendly too. I have a pharmacy right around the corner, but still drive to Kroger pharmacy for the best personal service. Update: 2/2020 I have to drop two stars since David and now James left. Customers often have to wait in long lines, and prescriptions promised for "two hours" are not ready when you come back in three hours or more. The current employees are still affable and helpful, but it's clear they are understaffed, or less efficient for some reason. I travel to be loyal, but if they don't get any better soon, I might switch to a place close to home. James once told me he (the business) appreciates loyal customers like me. It's time to show us by stepping up the service again. Update: 9-2020. Service has improved...four stars now. Update Dec 2021...moved on to another pharmacy. I tried to be loyal, but poor service is unacceptable.

Customer service is worse every time I go there. I'm definitely switching to another pharmacy. Yesterday I called to check on my scripts and was told, "We'll get right on it!" Then I checked on line, and it said my scripts would be ready at 1 pm TODAY. At 3 pm, after waiting for thirty minutes--which I thought was good...it's usually twice that...they were not ready, and I was told to come back in 30 minutes. I absolutely refused, based on what happened. So, I wait and wait. Then I was told the pharmacist had to verify my identity and would I pull to the side. Excuse me...what? I've been a customer for several years...since when do I have to do this? Again I refused. Then, after all that, I was told they were out of one of my meds and to try back again on Monday. At that point, I told the associate I would be transferring my prescriptions, and he was completely matter of fact about it. Shameful, absolutely shameful customer service.

I changed over from CVS and Walmart because of long lines and not enough staff. Kroger’s prices are better, but they are just as overwhelmed without enough staff to meet the needs of customer service. My provider called in a new medication (inhaler), for shortness of breath and Covid related~I was quarantined and didn’t want my friend who was picking it up to wait unnecessarily if it wasn’t filled. For 7 days it was ‘processing’ per the Kroger pharmacy app and also 7 days with no answer, just ringing at the pharmacy. Finally, someone answered an hour before closing! I complained that it has been 7 days that my new Rx was in limbo-processing and his response was that “there are hundreds that are still processing.” So, I asked nicely if I could get it filled and they made it happen 1 hour before closing. ~I gave a -3- rating for their (system/corporation) short-comings, not the employees down in the trenches, they get a -5-. I truly feel bad for them because they are working their tails off and obviously need more help. Plus, they are dealing with the drama of the impatient clients. COVID-19 has put a huge stress on all of the medical workers, therefore, I try hard to be patient and empathetic. (Everyone else should also) Feedback on Customer Service: 1. Rarely is the pharmacy phone answered! 2. The corporation(s) running the Kroger pharmacy are to blame. Shame on them! Hire extra staff to answer phones~people actually still use their phones to talk on.

I am a new customer to the pharmacy and called to see if my prescription was ready. After sitting on the phone waiting for 15 minutes or more someone picked up the phone and hung it up! I realize they are busy, but hanging up on customers is not at all acceptable. I guess I will not be a customer for long

I have been a customer for years, but am very disappointed with my past few visits. I ordered a refill in which my doctor updated my dosage for this particular medication. I spoke with a worker to ensure my most recent prescription would be filled and was told it would be. I picked up the medication and paid for my current dosage. Two days later (when I actually needed the refill)I realized it was the old dosage. I called to correct the situation and did not even get an apology, but was told that I would have to pay again for the new bottle (in which I thought I purchased) since then I have had 2 more incidents with this pharmacy (within a 3 week period). Now I am switching pharmacies. I am unsure what changes have been made within the pharmacy, but the quality I always received is no longer there.

*EDITED* Been coming here for many years. I don’t know what happen but the last year has been bad. The last few months has been a nightmare. They are so far behind. My daughter dropped a prescription for me 6 hours before they closed and they told her no way they could have it ready till the next day. I went the other night to pick one up and there were 30 people inside in line and 9 cars in the drive Thur. No one that is sick can wait in line that long and a lot of elderly people cant. Most of my family and friends have already changed pharmacies. I guess I need to go to CVS where James is now. They don’t t answer the phone anymore either so I think that’s a lot of the problem. People going to pick up and nothing is ready so they let you sit at the window while getting it ready. They seem like they have all given up. They seem to be in no hurry and talk to each other and do everything very slow.

Incredibly slow service at the drive through, which is supposed to be a quicker option. I sat in line for over half an hour just to get to the window. Service at the window was also incredibly slow. For several days prior to picking up my prescription, I tried calling the pharmacy to ask a question. No one ever answered. I finally chose the option to leave a message, gave full details and my number, and no one bothered to call me back. Transferring to another pharmacy immediately.

If they say your prescription will be done In Two hours and you show up 4 hours later they still don’t have it ready! The line is always wrapped around the parking lot or store ,customer service is very slow! If you call they will just let it ring and not answer the phone. Definitely need educated people working. This use to be a great pharmacy and has gone down hill majorly, I have no clue how they are still operating like this. There is no way sick people can wait that long in these lines! And everybody I have talked to has noticed it and has moved pharmacy or have to stay there for certain meds and literally drains having to go there!
