Seems as though every Walgreens experience I have is horrible. Thought since it was near my job the experience would be different. Pharmacy staff very rude, impatient and customer service sucks!

Went here to give my 13 year old a COVID vaccine. We live a hour away and this location was the soonest they could get us in before school started. Drove all the way to Charleston, they have a sign on the door stating the pharmacy is closed. We even made an appointment online and it was confirmed. The least they could do was give us a call and let me know that they were going to be closed, or reschedule. Luckily we was able to go to Walmart and get it done. But never again will I do business with Walgreens Pharmacy. Waste of time.

How can the pharmacy just randomly decide to close on a Saturday, when its closed the next day as well? What kind of amateurs are closing shop to go to the Cooper River Bridge Run?

This Walgreens barely has anything. I've stopped going there and have had to go back to the further one on King St because they never have what I need. Might as well not have opened it.

Pharmacy staff were very rude and impatient! I was confused on how to refill my prescription and they were not helpful and even hung up on me! I recommend the other walgreens on King St!
