Everyone was awesome. My only issue I had as this was my first time here, was that I passed it because the sign is blocked by huge beautiful flowering trees. So glad they took my fur babies even though we were late. Staff was so kind! Definitely going back

They worked me in for a first time appointment which was awesome! Just an old fashioned country vet in my opinion. No frills just short and sweet and to the point. They seemed to care a lot about the animals.

Dr Mike and Dr Rachel are the kindest, most compassionate, and knowledgeable veterinarians I have ever met. We had to put our 13.5 year old lab down last week. Through teary eyes, we heard and felt the compassion from Dr Mike as he explained everything to us. The front office staff understood our pain and they simply said they would send a bill later. When we got the bill it was far less than we expected. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Loving care is given to all the "patients" at Valley Veterinary Associates in Pine Mountain! I love Dr. Rachel, Dr. Mike and all the staff there. They have taken such wonderful care of all my pets for years! I appreciate them from the bottom of my heart!

Absolutely the best! The vets/staff are warm and caring and don't look for ways to tack on costs...unlike a few others I've used. Excellent care of all of my dogs and cats. Very reasonable rates.

Best veterans for me. I'm a truck driver so schedules can be difficult challenges. They have always worked with me. They spend the time ( all the time needed ) for you too understand the issues at hand. They have served me well in emergencys. They truly have the animals at heart and feel blessed too have found them for my vet! Been going to them over 12 years.
