I was hoping to have a better review of this office especially since they have treated one of my pets in the past, but today I have no good words for the clinic. My daughter brought her sphynx cat in under the impression that he had eaten something he shouldn’t have. The office charged her for 2 X-rays some fluids and some anti vomiting meds. $400 dollars and thirty minutes later her cat was barely moving and showing increased signs of breathing difficulties! I told my daughter to call them back and tell them about the symptoms and she was told to take him to the emergency vet!! They didn’t even have the decency to refer her to a place!! Luckily we live within 10 minutes of a place where they were able to treat him for acute bronchitis. Do not use this facility!

Miss diagnosed my dog Loki, used a computer algorithm to determine if he had congestive heart failure. Took him to a different vet, where he was properly treated and checked and found out he had been taking heart medication for no reason! He had a collapsed trachea! When I took Loki to the vet here, they wouldn’t give me any information about why Loki could have a heart condition even though he did NOT have a murmur in his heart and only had wheezing and a cough. Instead the female older vet, said to me “I’m not a cardiologist. But I can recommend one” then pushed heart medicine (vetmedin) and lasix on me. No information given and I left so upset and sick at my stomach. If I hadn’t taken loki to another vet because of how awful I felt about this experience, loki would have died from the misdiagnosis! I’m completely ill and angry about this, DO BETTER! Dogs are our families, not your cash machine!

I've been taking my dog here since she was a puppy (four years now). Everyone at this location is great. They treat my pup and I very well.

Helpful, kind, FAST, friendly and fun! Highly recommend. Facility is neat and clean as well, and they have a system for limiting interaction with other visiting animals - just in case you have one like mine that is highly reactive to other four-leggeds!

Started coming here little over a year ago when we rescued two little kittens we found in the woods, they had flees and worms and we wanted to take them into the vet to get them checked out immediately. This was also a time when many vets in the area turned me away because they were not accepting new clients. They thankfully had some room and took us in. The prices are about the same as market price for the area which is great. The staff has also been very helpful and calming with each visit.

Extremely helpful and sweet ladies at the desk! Everyone was supper sweet and took wonderful care of my brothers dog! I would definitely suggest! Also there phone calls tend go to voicemail for some reason. It is understandable with them being busy. I hope y’all will get better with that! Anyways thank you for your service!

I have been coming to North Cobb Animal Hospital since 2015 and they always take great care of my two cats. Dr. Navarro is awesome, and so was Dr. Murphy. However, today was the second time that I was completely brushed off via phone. I called yesterday to see if today was an opening for both my cats that had ongoing and worsening diarrhea. I was told to observe and if it gets worse to call again today - so they can squeeze them in in case an emergency would appear. So far so good. It got worse and I called at 8 am. No opening, no emergency squeeze, nothing. This happens. However, tone matters. Customer service matters! A receptionist who seems to not care at all is not your best advertisement. I had to ask if she could possibly refer to a good alternative and got some mumbled answer. I really don’t like calling there anymore and “beg” for an appointment or advice. I get it-you’re busy.

We love North Cobb Animal Hospital! We have been taking our pets there for over 35 years . . . we have had great service from the front office, vet techs and most especially the doctors. They love animals and are dedicated to helping keep them healthy. We lost a dog a few years ago and when we went to the pound to get another dog, we selected a one year old female mix breed. Wishing three months of getting her, she had an Addisonian (opposite of Cushings) crisis and has been on monthly injections for the Addisons as well as a medication for an over active bladder and thyroid medication ever since. Our dog continues to be such a blessing and we totally appreciate all the doctors at NCAH!

I have been taking our dogs to Cobb Animal Hospital for 20 years. They have been so caring and consistant in their care of our animals. They do what is needed for our animals without adding in a lot of unneeded extras that so many other clinics tend to do these days. We and our pets love them. We use the groomer who is so good you need to book your appointment a month ahead. So worth it.

I have used North Cobb Animal Clinic for 35 years. I have always been pleased with their service. As far as the current status of the world with Covid-19, NCAC exceeds my expectations. I have had to bring my dog there twice during the quarantine. They are extremely dedicated to the animals and their owners. When I got to NCAC at my pet's appointment time today, I called the office. A technician notified me that he would be right out to get my dog. A minute later he was at my car, wearing a mask and gloves. He took my dog inside and informed me that the vet would call me after the exam...which she did. She gave me details of my dog's health and how to administer new medications. The office staff then called me to pay for my transaction. A few minutes later my dog and her medications were brought to the car They have this down to a precise system, which is safe for all involved. Thank you, North Cobb Animal Clinic!!!
