This pharmacy has the worst customer service out of any pharmacy I've ever used. They go out of their way to not be helpful. They will make you wait, they won't propose solutions to problems, and they take cero accountability when they mess up.

I would have given this store negative 10, if I could. The store is fine. But, the Pharmacy is absolutely terrible especially customer service. Way to many problems to list. Just look around google reviews your gonna find the same type of complaints company wide.

I’ve been sitting at this drive thru window for 10 minutes. Woman behind the counter said “let me check the system” 10 minutes ago. I haven’t heard anything from her since. She isn’t even in view from my car.

Been sitting in the pharmacy line for 20+ minutes no one has come to help. Really don’t understand how a pharmacy can take this long.

Waited again over 35 minutes. This is the third visit where you wait at the drive thru for a prescription for 35 minutes or more. Once up to window rude staff.

Went to get blood work, and they make you wear a mask but don’t provide them and make you buy one. Won’t be coming here again. If you are going to require a mask then you should provide them rather than make me buy one from your store.

I asked if my medication would be in they said they were out of stock and then I would be in the next day. Then the next day at 9am I asked If it was there. They then told me after 12. 3pm don’t have it. They blame it on the technicians and say a pharmacist would never say that. It definitely doesn’t matter who said it if they are in properly trained or just want to get to the next phone call and give false information to people that need specific medication that is actually insane and completely unprofessional

I made an appointment for my vaccination. I understand that in recent times there is potential delays. I made it to my appointment. Stand by the check in window. Several employees back and forth and not even one acknowledges me or even lets me know that someone will be with me shortly. Remember I have an appointment. What's happening in recent times doesn't excuse common courtesy. I leave after long 15 minutes of been completely ignored. Get in my car. Drive across to CVS. No appt. Walk in. 10 minutes am checked in and have my vaccination. CVS rocks. Please go to CVS especially for vaccinations even if a walk in. Pleasant staff and atmosphere. Walgreens appointments are a useless piece of paper. I have never been one for Walgreens and after this never will be. Keep rocking CVS Kennesaw GA.

Truly THE worst service at any pharmacy I have ever received. My daughter repeatedly tried to refill and emergency prescription due to her forgetting it in her hometown, and after literal hours of waiting on hold and calling repeatedly, the same rude representative picked up and refused to be of any use - and even went as far as to say to his coworker “Do you want me to transfer her - I don’t want to deal with this anymore” and told my daughter that the reason she had been on hold for so long was because he didn’t know how to answer the question. We have been going to this pharmacy for about 15 years due to the close proximity to our house, but never again. Their customer service is ridiculous and their wait times are merely a result of incompetence and laziness. Don’t waste your time here.

Are you looking for a place that has nice and friendly employees? What about an establishment with all the necessities in quick to find places? How about receiving a flu shot at the pharmacy with no problem? However, you can make an appointment online to make your experience more fluid. Be sure to show up early enough, 10 minutes at least to fill out your paperwork. Do remember, if you have never been to the pharmacy, it may take a little longer. I do recommend coming here.
