The cashier argued to me that they stop selling beer at 1:45am and I told him that it's at least 2:45am. 👎👎👎. Kennesaw Qt on Barrett I got there at 2:28am.😲😲😲

I think these guys ripped me off. Slice of pizza ($2 and change) , a pack of cookies ($1.09) and a fountain drink came to over $7. When I asked for a receipt, they said it would be a minute to talk to manager, I was in a hurry, so I paid and just left. First time I was ever there, is this a common experience here?

This location has drastically gone downhill, since the change in the overnight staffing. Items are not restocked and employee spends too much time talking to non-customers, instead of working.

I am very impressed with the young man who works night shifts. If I were to guess I would say that he is probably a student at a nearby college, but let me say this does not interfere with his attitude at work. This young man's positive attitude is prodigious. He greets everyone who comes in, creates small talk, and establishes relationships with everyone who enters his premises. Often young people are a steal when it comes to working routine jobs, but this young man is embezzlement! There is honestly no way to put it other than give this young man a raise ,and value his work ethic. If you were to build a store that centered around him, this business would be successful just off of hospitality and hard work. This kid has a positive attitude at 3 in the morning, and I think he deserves his recognition. Thank you.

So I'm a bit of a QT fanatic. I've been to dozens of them across the state, and they are all pretty good. This is, hands down, the best QT I've ever been to. It's ridiculously clean, everything is always in stock, the tea is amazing (and for some reason better than all the other QTs), people are all super nice and attentive. The one time I got a bad coffee there (had tons of grounds in it) they sent me coupons for 3 free coffees. You always see people disassembling all the machines and deep cleaning them, so you know everything is sanitized and legit. Service and cleanliness is absolutely on point. If I had one critique, it's that the iced tea dispensers are usually empty after 10pm. Seems to be company policy at all locations to not make tea after 10pm or so. I get that they probably don't sell enough of it at night to justify making it, but I work nights (hence my love for qt), so it is always a bummer when I go in at night and the tea is all empty.

The place was spotless when we walked in! I've never seen this before, but the guy behind the counter actually jumped to another register to check us out while the lady he was helping at the other register was digging for her money!! Talk about multi tasking and hustle and nice as he could be about it! Greatest service I've ever seen in a convenience store! And then, who knew their pizza was so good?? Plus they had monster chaos!! Scooooore!

Very inappropriate remark from employee here last Friday night. Stopped in to buy the slushie I promised my daughter after spending a few hours at the skating rink (where slushies are a whopping $3.75 btw) While she's at the machine, I walk half way across the store to see if there are more options on the other side, while still making sure I can keep one eye on my child. Now let me paint the picture: 3 caucasian men behind the counter, just finished their little loss prevention pow wow, I presume. 2 take their position on the monitors reviewing the cameras and 1 behind the register. Store is filling up with minorities. As I'm minding my business, looking for more drink machines, glancing back at my daughter, the guy behind the register, all pumped up, feeling like Robocop, shouts to me: "WHAT'S GOING ON young lady??!" (I'm pushing late thirties, thanks buddy) Make no mistake about it, his TONE and extremely POOR CHOICE OF WORDS was as if I was actually doing something wrong. Like a police officer questioning a suspect. As a gas station attendant (even one on high alert), it would have been more appropriate for him to ask "Can I help you find something, ma'am?" (laced with implications) I stopped in my tracks, looked at him strangely and said "I'm looking for a slushie machine". WHAT'S GOING ON?? Ha. I should have answered his question with a few of my own. "What do you mean WHAT'S GOING ON? I'm making my way across this here store. That's WHAT'S GOING ON. WHAT'S GOING ON with you? ... Is there a problem officer?" I think he later realized his mistake, trying to cover his tail in the end with a "Have a nice weekend" and a fake smile to my daughter who is still somewhat naive, content with sipping her slushie, but getting at an age where she will soon start to recognize the many ignorant people, like this cashier, that we have to exist with. I try not to let one rotten apple spoil the bunch, but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I should never have been called out and questioned like that. Did I look suspicious? For looking back at my daughter? Standing close to the front of the store? But even if I was in the back, I can do that a hundred times if I want. I am entitled to that and more. I was not breaking any laws. I suppose on some people that looks suspicious, and on others it looks protective (if they are even being noticed at all) This same cashier will walk into a store with his wife and kids and act like they own the place, but wants to count how many times I turn my head. If I'm addressed in such an inappropriate manner again, I will certainly educate the ignorant before I leave the store. Wouldn't dare want to give my daughter the impression that we have to calculate our movements when we shop. She can twirl through those aisles if she wants. Or better yet, we can do a hop, skip and a jump away to Race Trac and get our slushies there.

I went to buy something today and was met by an unwelcoming, jusgemental, and rude woman. Asia D. was fast, making sure to get multiple customers at multiple registers, however she was extremely unhelpful and rude to my group and I. I understand the issue of having an off-day, but the way she treated my friends and I was completely unexeptable in my opinion.

If you go to some of the QTs, you will see a "safe zone". Meaning that if you needed somewhere safe to go, you can come to QT and be safe. This is how QT wanted to be viewed, in my eyes anyway, so I thought. With this in mind, I always do my letgo deals here and afterwards buy something. Thought this place would be the best place to go. Well, I did a deal at this location selling some electronics. Jose, the assistant manager, told me and the buyer to move towards the door out of sight. This is dangerous. Anything can happen in the parking lot and even beside the door! I was extremely disappointed in this assistant manager. It seems as though Jose and QT doesn't care about the safety of their customers. Just thought I would share in case you thought this is a safe location.
