Angel was fantastic! He had a great deal of knowledge about the fabrics, fillings and manufacturing of the products. He gave us space to walk around and make decisions. The assistant manager Karen was absolutely amazing. She listened to our concerns and assisted us with selecting a great mattress. She was very thorough and showed us several models to get a feel for what would be more comfortable for our son as far as firmness and durability. She was very knowledgeable of the products and in the end we selected the tempurpedic. Very happy with our selection and the customer service. The Allen's

(I didn’t ask for permission to use his photo but there’s his name tag!!) I visited today for coffee table and desk. Ron greeted me and helped me out through the entire transaction. He was so nice! And he wasn’t pushy. Super helpful. Understanding of my current financial situation, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Will be returning soon for a new couch!

Joji greeted me without any pressure. I knew what I wanted because I had looked on their website before going to the store. I I asked to look at a couple alternatives but ultimately Went with my first choice. She took me through the process quickly. I was approved for 60 month interest free financing and delivery was set up. It was all smooth sailing in under 45 minutes. I got a beautiful bedroom set and a large entertainment console. Thanks for making it all so easy!

Great experience. Tiffany was really great and knowledgeable about the furniture in the store but also design. She didn’t do the hard sale like a lot of sales people do that make most of us want to run but listened to what our needs were and showed us great options and some I would never have even tried but in this case I ended up buying. Will definitely be going back and will make sure Tiffany is waiting on us.

I am sorry to leave this review against the local store but unfortunately I do not have any other way to share about my experience with Rooms to Go. First, I want to say that I did visit this location and looked at the furniture that I wanted to purchase. I ordered the furniture online after visiting the store. I ordered a sofa and loveseat and it was to be delivered to my house. The delivery terms were to deliver the furniture inside the home but they would not unpack it. That was not a problem. I had ordered furniture from Rooms to Go a few months ago and they simply carried it to my living room for me to unpack. The delivery person arrived and at first told me that the furniture would not fit through the doorway, which was found to be not true. It does fit. Then they explained that it was too heavy for them to carry inside my house. So they said that they would leave it on my driveway, which they did. If I refused, then I would still owe them money. So I have 300 pounds worth of furniture sitting in my driveway. I am 5'2" and weigh 130 pounds. I am not sure what I am supposed to do with 300 lbs of furniture sitting in my driveway. I called customer service and they claimed that they sent an email to request the driver to return and the driver refused. Customer service simply blind transfer me back to their customer service number after giving me no help at all. Needless to say, I am sure that somehow I will find people who care to assist me in getting the furniture where it needs to go eventually but I will never do business with Rooms to Go again. They clearly do not care about their customers at all. So goodbye.

I absolutely loved our sales person, Liz at the Rooms to go in Kennesaw Ga! Liz was so helpful and gave us such detailed information regarding the furniture we were interested in and ended up purchasing it; she’s so knowledgeable about furniture construction and what one needs to look for when wanting a lasting furniture piece. A surprisingly pleasant shopping experience for a sofa and dining table. Sales Rep Barry was great to work and the price we paid was very reasonable for good quality furniture. Definitely check RTG out and hopefully you'll be as satisfied as we were with our purchase. BTW, they're currently offering 60 months no interest financing which IMHO is a great deal.
