I asked if my medication would be in they said they were out of stock and then I would be in the next day. Then the next day at 9am I asked If it was there. They then told me after 12. 3pm don’t have it. They blame it on the technicians and say a pharmacist would never say that. It definitely doesn’t matter who said it if they are in properly trained or just want to get to the next phone call and give false information to people that need specific medication that is actually insane and completely unprofessional ~Jenna

The new building is clean and well-equipped however they are selling bad gas. I filled two of my vehicles and they begin running like there was water in the tank. I asked others in my neighborhood about their experience and without discussing the issue I had I was warned not to get gas there. Wish I had known that prior to filling my tanks! will not buy gas from any QT station again. ~Felechia

Arrived at 11:20 and Mr Kenny greeted me and ask what can I do for you today. I told him that I was searching for a good quality Mattress. He had me try out a few of them to lie down on and I finally found one that I liked. He also said that he would do a delivery for me as I did not have my own truck. There wasn't any pressure and the process went smooth. Anyone that is looking for a good quality mattress with great prices should stop in. ~Johnnie

A surprisingly pleasant shopping experience for a sofa and dining table. Sales Rep Barry was great to work and the price we paid was very reasonable for good quality furniture. Definitely check RTG out and hopefully you'll be as satisfied as we were with our purchase. BTW, they're currently offering 60 months no interest financing which IMHO is a great deal. ~D

The absolute worst pharmacy experience. They were great when they were Wedgewood Pharmacy but since being acquired by Innovation it is virtually impossible to get your script filled. My credit card was charged on the date of the order over a month ago. I have since called 4 times and the folks who answer the phone will tell you anything to make you go away. First it was the drug was on back order. Then it was the drug was received and my script would go out any day. The same with my 3rd call. I finally asked to cancel the order and I was told it would be cancelled the same day. It still shows as pending. I ended up having to dispute the amount through my credit card. This is serious business. This is a pharmacy!! Its not like the purse you bought did not show up. I did some research. Revelation Pharmacy is the parent company for Innovation. Their goal and mission is to grow through acquisition (public information). They have already bought up several smaller compounding pharmacies. They are headed by Shawn Hodges, CEO. I looked up how to report them to regulatory authorities and it seems that in 2020 the same Dr. Hodges was named president of the organization that provides the accreditation for compounding pharmacies which is the Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding part of the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board. Does that strike anyone as self serving? The only recourse left is to report them to the Georgia Board of Pharmacy. It is obvious that their growth is unsustainable and if they continue along this path things will get worse. Compounding is a vitally important service. If Innovation cannot provide that service to the patients of the pharmacies they have already taken over, what happens when they fold in all of the smaller pharmacies and there are no reliable compounding pharmacies left. ~Anna

The service manager at this location, Noel, demonstrated the most vile behavior and customer service I have ever witnessed. I brought my car here on Friday July 16th, 2022 to be serviced. Upon inspection, Noel found that there was an issue with my wheel bearing which needed to be replaced. Cost of the part= $147. Price for labor= $500. Diagnostics= $90. After all the extra pricing, the job came out to $900. I was desperate to have my car fixed this day. I agreed to the job. 3 hours later, I get a call that ANOTHER part has been broken, the knuckle which holds the wheel bearing had snapped off in the middle of the job. Noel told me that this part that had been damaged needed to be ordered and wouldn’t be in until the following Monday. Due to me now being inconvenienced for the entire weekend and now needing a ride back home, I called my mother and two other members of my family to help resolve the now heightened issue. I no longer wanted to get my car serviced at the location since there now has been additional damage done to the car. Noel was patronizing, saying that I could not get my OWN car back and refused to do the additional labor (unless I paid) to put the wheel back on the car to have it towed to a different shop. I had to call the POLICE to even get my car back. After lots of back and forth, Noel finally agreed to lower the cost and service the car as originally intended. HOWEVER Noel’s patronizing didn’t stop there. Speaking over my mother and other women in the shop, talking down, and even THREATENING myself with comments such as ”We don’t call the police over here” and “I’m Jamaican, I don’t play” You don’t play about what Noel? I defended my mother, saying African Americans are also to be respected due to the frontier of civil rights held in this country. Noel replies by saying “AFRICAN AMERICANS ARE LAZY AND HAVE DONE NOTHING”. He begins questioning what rights have AAs fought for, and even defends himself by saying “Kanye said it” I have never seen such ignorance on full display coming from a service coordinator of a business establishment. The high priced bill and confiscation of my car was one thing, and could be resolved civilly. BUT Xenophobic and misogynistic comments however, I can NOT stand beside. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. You will be overcharged, and even worse, if African American, will be seen as “lazy” and “does nothing”. Anyone who stands against xenophobia and misogyny should STEER CLEAR! Service: Tires ~Kierra

Don't bother coming here. They lie. We dropped the car at 2:30 after explaining we needed to leave the next day for a trip. They said they would take care of it. They never even called us. We called about ten minutes to close to find out they never even bothered to look at the car! So absolutely rude and inconsiderate. We could have gone somewhere else in time. ~Lolli

I have been using SAS for 5 years. Then recommend SAS to my boyfriend. He got the first pair last year . He loved it! and then he just bought another pair last week. He felt comfortable in the store but didn’t feel right and fit in couple days, he went back and changed to a new size without conditions. The ladies who work there are very nice and very helpful. ~Apisara
