I made a special effort to get off the highway to eat here, I couldn’t even get service. There were 2 other customers and I saw 3 employees, none even acknowledged that I was there for about 15 minutes!!! finally one of them said she was busy with phone in orders and seemed very uninterested in the customers waiting. This seems like a really neat place with some outside seating that’s shaded, I hope they can improve upon their system of taking care of the customers.

Really cute little place. They have several options on the menu coffee - beer. I had a tuna melt with chips and it was really good!

The food is decent but the customer service at this place is definitely lacking. Every time I’ve ate here I never see any adults working. This place is basically run by teenagers or young college students. I’m not exaggerating when I say every time we order from here my order gets messed up. They are always short staffed. It takes forever to receive your food even when they aren’t very busy. It shouldn’t take 20 to 30 mins to make a sandwich. Twice now I‘ve experienced them forgetting to put my order in their system so when I show up to pick up my food they act all confused because they never made it! It’s frustrating continuously experiencing this. It is extremely disorganized. Having all that said it’s very clear that the management at this place sucks badly.

The Broadway Cafe is a neat little spot in old-town Siloam Springs. Since moving here 18-months ago we have dined there perhaps a dozen times. Our previous experiences have been good - the food good and adequate portions. A couple weeks ago we ordered a tuna-salad melt sandwich, a regular tuna-salad sandwich, received 2 servings of slaw as sides and ordered one potato salad side and a pot of tea. The bill was $27, about normal for what we order. Unfortunately, on this occasion the amount of "tuna salad" on each sandwich was just a tad thicker than the slice of cheese. The sides and tea - good as always. In all our past experiences there was an adequate portion of meat/fish on the sandwich - an amount you might put on a sandwich at home. Has something changed? Ownership? Manager? Philosophy? We'll take a break for a while.

I am normally a Chicken Salad hater. I mean seriously, most put mayo in something and it is magically turned into a salad?? No. That's not right at all. However, they do some type of magic to the Chicken Melt at this place. I actually ordered it along side my wife and it was delicious. I will forever hate all other Chicken, egg, ham salad sandwiches, bit my regular order here will be the Chicken Melt. Wonderful stuff.

A cute, quaint restaurant in downtown Siloam Springs. Friendly staff and delicious food. A definite stop for nice lunch.

The food was great and the servers were as well. However the way in which things are organized and run (which is the responsibility of management) is not good. When we placed our order there was no number assigned to us nor was our name asked for. We realized this was an issue overall as we watched servers search tables to deliver the food and drinks. They would have to approach tables asking if the table ordered whatever meal/drink they were holding. A simple number system would improve this. This creates concern for the customer, as I wondered if our food would actually find us and I’m sure is frustrating for the waitstaff. I did have to flag down the server to get our food as he was looking everywhere and approaching tables both inside and outside. Also, I ordered a salad which was served in a paper bowl with paper inside (like one would get with fish and chips). The paper got wet from my salad dressing and disintegrated into my salad. I had to pick pieces of paper out of my salad. After we ate, we decided to order drinks. I noticed the cashier told another server that she was supposed to have been relieved awhile ago to leave. The server said he was supposed to have already left as well. I saw the cashier and server eventually get to leave but as the server left, a table outside asked him about their food as they had been waiting a long time (again due to organizational issues). He was kind enough to go back in and check on their food even though he was clocked out. He shouldn’t have to do that. So all in all, this could be a great place because the food is good but management needs to figure out a better system for numbering orders as well as improved food containers. The staff also deserves better treatment of being relieved on time and not having to work off the clock due to the overall disorganization. I will try again in the future to see if any of these issues are resolved.

Hey everyone! I came across this awesome coffee house. The warm & friendly staff were helpful, kind & compassionate. They have more to offer then just coffees & teas, lattes. They have scrumptious muffins and other breakfast items and items like panini. Not to mention comfortable seating areas that are a warm family atmosphere. Come as you are. God bless! Oh yes! They have a book shelf near the couch it's a free library but, it's pretty empty. I was able to find a great study bible for my neice! Thanks Cafe on Broadway!

We only had coffee (and one of us had a cookie, which needed more chocolate chips but was otherwise fine.) The coffee was good - not sure or bitter. I would like to be able to share a review of the sandwiches but, apples, the server only wanted to know our order and provide it. He did not answer ANY questions about the menu - he was completely silent when asked direct questions regarding the food he is selling/serving. It was odd. TOTAL SILENCE while maintaining eye contact but no response. The place was clean and tidy - including the restroom. Interesting architecture and spacious. There are games and books for those wanting entertainment of that sort. They sell a nice variety of teas, including bulk, and hats and tshirts. Features: It was easy to social distance but employees are not masked.
