Repeatedly purchased photos and books here with very very very poor quality. Purchased a bunch of small prints to include in cards to family and friends and half had light bleed and were tossed. Purchased a photo book for our parents and all of the pages were not "full bleed" and so all had a nice white untrimmed border around each page. ~DJ

Just purchased a battery here and was looking at brakes as well. A sign says 15% off on a complete brake job. The guy said "that's when you do it yourself". The battery was suppose to be a 2 year battery. When charged, it came up as a 3 year. He said "no, I charged you for two years but I gave you a 3 year battery". Not true, on the receipt it says 3 years. ~Cory

I am deeply saddened to hear Siloam is losing our local Radio Shack. Why? Because people shop online. I understand, I shop online also but so many times I needed something and if Radio Shack didn't have it in stock they would go out of their way to find it and order it for me. I read a couple of reviews that said no one would help them or they felt like they weren't important as customers. I say nothing could be further from the truth, at least in my MANY experiences shopping there. I don't know how many times I was in the store and another customer would walk in and he would either say "I'll be right with you" or if I wasn't in a rush I would tell him to go ahead and help them and I could wait. So many times people would come in after already buying something online and ask for advice on how to hook it up or use it. I bet you wouldn't like it if you were trying to run a business and people constantly did that to you! And when it comes to electronics it can be very hard and confusing trying to match an item. So after over 40 years in business we are losing the only truly electronic store in Siloam Springs. He tried... very hard. ~Shannon

We were in from out of town when our pup developed a swollen and inflamed wheel (paw). The clinic was able to see our pup on a walk in basis on a Saturday morning. The vet (can’t remember her name) was incredible. She was extremely thorough and attentive. The clinic was slammed with pets to be seen so it was great that she took her time with our pup (vs a 5 minute visit to get through her day). All the staff were very friendly and helpful!!! We don’t live close but have a vacation home an hour away from Silom Springs, we would return for service without hesitation if needed in the future. ~Steven

I just love this Harps and the one in Gentry because of how nice and friendly the employees are every single time I walk in. The store is always clean BUT I have noticed that they don't disinfect the carts but they provide disinfectant wipes for the customers to use to clean up the carts. I wonder how many people bypass the wipes without disinfecting... They have noticed taped to the doors and windows...I really should read them. Anyway, the store is always very clean! I gave it 4 stars out of 5 because their prices are very expensive! ~Sher
