This Vet has always been superb with all my animals. They always take great care of them. When I had to lay my Dane to rest they were beyond kind. Means a lot to a dog mom. Wish they treated skunks though lol

We were in from out of town when our pup developed a swollen and inflamed wheel (paw). The clinic was able to see our pup on a walk in basis on a Saturday morning. The vet (can’t remember her name) was incredible. She was extremely thorough and attentive. The clinic was slammed with pets to be seen so it was great that she took her time with our pup (vs a 5 minute visit to get through her day). All the staff were very friendly and helpful!!! We don’t live close but have a vacation home an hour away from Silom Springs, we would return for service without hesitation if needed in the future.

I have taken my fur babies to Siloam Springs Veterinary Clinic for years. I’ve never been disappointed in the care and treatment my animals have received. From dogs, cats, and even when I had horses years ago. My most recent visit was to have a rescued dog checked out. The poor thing was in bad shape. I honestly wasn’t sure the dog would make it through the night. The doctor was so kind and understanding that I had literally picked up the dog the night before. The doctor checked the dog over, did a blood test and prescribed medications. We discussed a plan to see how the dog did with medications and to follow up as needed. A huge blessing and was answered prayers when it came to the bill, I’m like a lot of people that do not necessarily have a few hundred dollars to spend on something so unexpected. However I was ready to do whatever I needed to, to be able to help this very neglected dog. The price for the visit was definitely affordable and I truly thank the veterinarian for the amount that I was charged. This veterinarian definitely has a heart and showed me that their office was NOT just about the money! I know he understood that, 1) I would NEVER let any animal get in that condition, that I was trying to help save this dog. 2) It was obvious this animal had been neglected for quite some time and was in a lot of pain. 3) That he knew this poor baby needed the medication. 4) He’s a great Veterinarian and I have so much respect and appreciation for him and his entire staff. People are always quick to complain and let everyone know when they are not happy with a business. Well I want to shout from the rooftop so to speak, that I AM BEYOND HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE RECEIVED OVER THE MANY YEARS WITH SILOAM SPRINGS VETERINARY CLINIC! This is a great vet clinic that cares!!! We’ve saved thousands ( yes, thousands) of dollars over the past 10 years having surgeries done here versus other clinics in more populated areas. We grew up in rural Iowa so when our first dog needed an ACL repair we knew we couldn’t afford the “city” vet prices so we were willing to drive to this clinic. Since then, we’ve had two other difficult situations with our pets and they’ve been so caring and professional we couldn’t thank them enough. It’s nothing fancy, just real down to earth hardworking folks that are in the profession for all the right reasons!

I have now taken one of my dogs and my cat to be seen. My dog is a German shepherd/lab and had major anxiety. They put her on medicine to help & it has made such a difference. I had to take my cat to be seen to have stitches taken out from a surgery they didn’t perform & they took them out within 5 minutes of stepping in the door. They are always busy, but seem to get the job done!
