MINDSET. MOVEMENT. NUTRITION. Functional fitness facility focused on the physical and mental wellness of all of our clients through fitness and nutrition coaching. Our goal is to improve our client’s functionality by constantly varying workouts to achieve increased endurance and physical and mental strength, preparing our clients for life’s daily demands. Regardless of fitness level or individual goals, all of our clients will become well-rounded athletes, gaining experience in a variety of workouts and training patterns including weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning.

I had a few gyms I was planning to visit, Bridge Fitness was the first meeting I had, and ended being the only meeting. I loved the vibe as soon as I walked in. It’s very clean, welcoming and comfortable. The community is super supportive. The coaches are great at teaching techniques and scaling all levels to make sure you feel safe and confident. I've been a member for almost 4 years and would never think of going anywhere else. We actually moved out of Pepperell and still go here because of all the great people we work out with. In my opinion, you need a good community with people who motivate and inspire you to do better. It's hard to maintain goals and stay committed without it. I'm in the best shape of my life at age 36 because of all these awesome people.

I was looking to loose weight and improve my overall health. It has been a little shy of 2 years and I have lost 48lbs and body fat has gone down by 10%! Coach Chuck helped me with using a PVC pipe and wall ball. Each coach is always there to help me develop my struggles. I can't say enough of the staff but what's really awesome are the people who come to this gym. AMAZING!! I love the community here.

I was a little intimidated at first since I’ve never been to a CrossFit gym but everyone is so supportive and helpful.
