On 07/05/2022 I helped my 81 years old friend to bring her truck for annual Vehicle Inspection to Kemp’s Service located in Pepperell. The truck was driven only 31 miles since previous inspection. Previous year truck passed the inspection with flying colors. This year mechanic found that “ds plate light, ds cab light, ebrake doesn’t hold” After the inspection I went to two independent mechanics in my area to confirm that those problems really do exist. Both mechanics confirmed that there is no issue with plate light at all. Be aware of Kemps dishonesty. They take advantage of old people. Scanned copy of the inspection report attached. ~David

They'vetreated me and my spouse right the two instances we've needed them, starting with arranging a tow from Vermont to their shop! Their work is great, quick, and reasonably priced, plus they're always kind on the phone. I've found my favorite local shop. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair ~Lorien

The craft beer and spirit selection here is above average. My wife likes to choose beers based on how pretty the labels are, and there is no end of pretty labels here. I can always find my favorites and a few new ones to try. You can mix and match beers to make your own custom pack. This new location around the corner from their previous spot may be lacking in general visual appeal and isn't as well organized, but the beer is what's important, and they have it! I had a 7-hr spinal fusion operation which, while successful, left me with numb thighs and spasming thigh muscles, meaning walking was painful and sleep at night was episodic. I am making progress and feel I am in good hands. My PT therapist hears my assessments and answers my questions thoroughly. At 81 years of age I would not have believed PT could be so effective in my rehab, but it is, and 4+ months after my fusion I am progressing and feeling more than ever confident that I am on the right path to recovery. I feel lucky to have the benefit of such professional talent. ~J

I referred a friend of mine to use this salon. When she arrived she was asked "are you sure your appointment is not for next store"! She said "No, my appointment was made for Mirror Salon, isn't that where I am?" She felt very uncomfortable there as if she didn't belong. All members of my family have used this bank for all our banking needs ever since we first moved into town four years ago. The staff there is great; most of them are still there and through our visits, we have gotten to know them on a more personal level. Going to bank there is a pleasurable experience and they really are part of our local community. ~M

My boyfriend and I recently moved back to the area and started bringing our English Bulldog Ham to Dogwood Kennels and he absolutely LOVES it! He leaps into the car anytime he knows he’s going to stay for the day/night and cannot stop running around/playing once we arrive. Alicia and Derek (the owners) have been amazing since the first time we brought Ham in. They are extremely professional, responsible, and I feel 100% comfortable every time I bring Ham in to see them. I always know Ham is going to have a wonderful time and will be in excellent care while he’s there. I would recommend Dogwood 10 out of 10 for anyone that lives in the area! ~Sara

The nicest people!! Friendly, honest, and they know what they're doing. I came in with a couple of minor problems on my car, and they fixed them on the spot for no charge because the dealership I bought my used car from cut some corners. Who does extra work out of the kindness of their hearts nowadays? I highly recommend this place! ~Becky
