I had a 7-hr spinal fusion operation which, while successful, left me with numb thighs and spasming thigh muscles, meaning walking was painful and sleep at night was episodic. I am making progress and feel I am in good hands. My PT therapist hears my assessments and answers my questions thoroughly. At 81 years of age I would not have believed PT could be so effective in my rehab, but it is, and 4+ months after my fusion I am progressing and feeling more than ever confident that I am on the right path to recovery. I feel lucky to have the benefit of such professional talent.

Steve helped me through my recovery from Bi-lateral knee replacements, very knowledgeable guy and he made it fun even though it was a painful recovery, The whole staff here at Pepperell Location are awesome people and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Therapists have good listening skills and are very caring and involved in your progress. I like the separate therapy rooms as opposed to one huge area. Small areas are more personal and make it easier to concentrate on the therapist and exercises.

I don't as a rule write reviews. Following a bad fall in 2016, I had been a patient at two P.T.facilities on and off (due to Covid) and was disappointed with the level of evaluation and subsequent therapy, many times sharing my time slot with two or three other patients. After working with Katelynn (Dimatteo) I was thoroughly impressed by the one-on-one care that I received and as a result of her continuous, expert evaluations and attention to my symptoms, a correct diagnosis was made which then resulted in a total hip replacement. After surgery, I returned to have post-op therapy with Tracy Moore. Tracy was as dedicated a therapist as anyone could be; constantly observing, evaluating and perhaps most importantly, listening. She worked strenuously with me through three and half months of therapy, always communicating, explaining, 100% focused and involved, fully aware of and sensitive towards her patients limitations and always compassionate. Oftentimes, she would go over her time limit with me. I have worked as a health professional myself for years before retiring and rarely have I seen such dedicated and professional care. During my time there, I was able to observe the other therapists and staff members carrying out their duties with the same intense level of expertise. I would wait not a moment to recommend this facility and its staff members to others who are in need of their excellent services. I

Excellent service by physical therapists who are experts and who explain exactly what they're doing and why they're doing it. They are also very encouraging which is the best way to help patients to do the exercies they recommend. They make the patient part of the healing team.

Most of my family has been to Connections. All the physical therapists that we had were kind and caring . Encouraging you as you progressed and never reprimanded you if you didn't do your excersises at home. They are all great 👍
