I referred a friend of mine to use this salon. When she arrived she was asked "are you sure your appointment is not for next store"! She said "No, my appointment was made for Mirror Salon, isn't that where I am?" She felt very uncomfortable there as if she didn't belong. I am disappointed and disgusted that she was treated this way. Neither of us will use this place again. Service: Haircut

I have been seeing Emilia for almost 3 years now and followed her from her old salon to Mirror Salon because I do not trust anyone else with my hair. Not only is Emilia an incredibly kind, sweet and caring person, but she is also extremely talented and dedicated to making sure every client is in love with their hair. I am incredibly picky with my hair and every time I see Emilia, she spends so much time making sure it is exactly what I pictured. I have never been to another hair stylist that cares so much about her clients. I spent years trying to find a hair stylist I could trust and now that I found Emilia, I am never going to anyone else. Aside from Emilia, every stylist at Mirror Salon is incredibly talented and friendly. Whenever I visit the salon, I am always greeted by every stylist working and always feel so welcomed there. All of the stylists spend so much time getting to know everyone that walks through their door, even if they aren't styling your hair. I highly recommend Mirror Salon

I wanted to like this salon as it’s local and they accommodated me last minute right before Thanksgiving. My appt was with Emilia. Everyone was friendly. However, my haircut was in between another client’s color/foil, so it definitely felt rushed. Emilia was very friendly and listened to how I wanted my hair cut, but unfortunately, the layers on one side of my head are shorter than the other.. it looks as if I have a shelf on the right side of my head. I am absolutely mortified. I’ve been growing my hair out for almost a year, but now I’ll be wearing my hair up for the next three months until this has grown out.

After a year of looking for a new hairstylist, I can finally say my search is over. Emilia listened to me and was thorough. She was easy to talk to and absolutely professional. Desiree did an excellent job on my eyebrows, also was helpful and very kind. Their pricing was very reasonable My hair was a mess before and now my hair is exactly what I wanted
