Kool-Aid was not feeling well today. I took her in as an emergency visit. The tech made sure she was in a quiet area and had plenty of blankets to snuggle up to until the vet could see her. They always go above and beyond from the receptionists, the techs, and Dr Hopkins. They genuinely care.

The Dr. Pol of NW GA!! Dr. Hopkins and her vet techs absolutely CARE! We called on a Saturday morning and they told us to come on even though they already had a full schedule. They do not treat this like a business, they treat your animals with CARE. They CARE! This is very important when you have a farm animal in a life threatening situation. They also show they care in the way they do not overcharge. I am telling all my farmer friends about this team of caring professionals. Thank you so much!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! DR. HOPKINS AND ALL OF HER STAFF ARE PHENOMENAL. WE ABSOLUTELY COULD NOT ASK FOR ANY BETTER. THEY REALLY CARE SO VERY MUCH FOR ALL THEIR PATIENTS. We took my Sasha there, and they were so sweet to her and us. They were very professional! They even clipped her nails free of charge! Considering this was her first time, she didn't have too bad a visit. We will be going back for further services!

I just have to say that Summerville Vet is the best! The staff are all so nice and my dogs look forward to seeing their friends there. Dr Hopkins is amazing and VERY knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend anyone with fur babies and livestock to go here.

We used this vet many years ago before moving to NC. Fast forward to now, we had an emergency situation with my Yorkie. They got us in quickly, did emergency surgery and effectively saved my dog's life. I've seen Vets that would have recommended due to my dog's age, just putting her down but that was never discussed. The cost of this emergency surgery and overnight stay was less than just blood work and a visit at another vet that we've seen in the last 3 months prior and they missed the problem that became life threatening. This is clearly their passion and they're in it for all the right reasons. More than that, the compassion, comfort and love shown during this time, will never be forgotten.
