I'll have to say it was good despite the fact I needed to be there lol. My battery died at the store across the street from auto zone. So I walked over and bought a new one and they were more than helpful. I was treated great and hot what I needed to replace yhe battery from them and everything. All around ok experience. I appreciated it. Even tested my altinater to make sure it was good. Great customer service. For sure.

they got a 2 ⭐ review only because they where friendly I tried to ordered what I needed but he said they couldn't get all the gaskets together so ordered all separate when picking up didn't order the right parts and than tried to sell me the whole set they told me the set didn't pull up yesterday 😒😒 I will no longer use this store in summerville ga. unless I need blinker fluid even then I would probably walk to advance auto its only 4 miles

They have what you need to fix your car and usually in stock. The store is clean and the workers are helpful.

They will not help they will tell you they have it on the Shelf they will tell you they don't have it in the back and I'll give you something that cost 10 or $15 more.

I had the best experience I've ever had . The folks there were outstanding in every way. Very happy to be there and their friendliness was awesome I felt very comfortable changing my altinator. Thanks y'all.

Great customer service. They gladly helped me on the search for the perfect serpentine belt so I could bypass bad power steering and a/c pulleys. Now I can drive my car until I can afford to fix those broken parts. Only took 10 or so trys. Nice people and fair prices

I needed a battery, I walked into an OReilly's near my home and pretty much had to beg the guy to check my battery, he walked out looked at it and said "That's not our battery." ~ I know this it came with the car so I asked again can you check it to see if it needs to be replaced, he said he didn't need to it had corrosion on the cable I just needed to pour some coke on it and it would work just fine... So I tried that and of course it was not the problem so the next day I drove to Summerville and stopped at AutoZone, I am so Thankful that I met Lauren who willingly and happily came out to check the battery and we discovered it was indeed done. So I bought a battery thinking I would go home and install it myself but Lauren told me she could do it saving me a core charge, and making certain (I'm sure, LOL) that it was installed properly. She went thru the whole process even telling me what she was doing so that if I had to ever DIY it, I would now have the knowledge. I was completely impressed that she treated me with kindness (We don't see that much anymore) and was extremely helpful and FILLED with Joy the whole time. Such a pleasant experience and a kind and friendly place to shop for all your vehicle needs. Thank You Lauren!

Auto Zone let me down. I had to order common brake parts, waiting on them to be delivered but after waiting three days past their promise date they had still not arrived. I accepted the parts that had arrived requesting a refund for the parts that had not. When I got home I reviewed my bank account only to find I had been charged with another. This has finally been resolved after I contacted corporate headquarters.
