We've been bringing our girl here for years, annual visits, boarding and unfortunately some emergency visits. Each time we come, no matter what the reason, the staff is FANTASTIC!!! Dr. Watson has an incredible bedside manner with both the animals and humans. He took time to explain diagnosis and treatment plans, I never feel like he's rushing to move on the the next client. I trust him and his opinion!! He has proven to us many times with his actions that he is not looking to overcharge us, but has genuine care for our pets. I came up yesterday to purchase food and I wanted to make sure I was making the best choice. Dr. Beach came out to the lobby and reviewed our pets case file with me to help me understand what the best option was. WOW!!! Talk about top notch service! We travel often and sometimes need to board our dog. Although I hate to leave her, I know she will be well cared for when she is there. When we drop her off, everyone is so excited to see her! When we come to pick her up, everyone comes to say goodbye. It is SO adorable and shows us how much everyone really does care about our pet. I will continue to sing the praises of this location and all of the employees. Thank you for loving our girl!

I have been using Suwanee Animal Hospital for nearly 20 years. They have always been nice, ready to help and provide information upon request, whether pet related or wild animal related (yes, had a fox with a serious case of mange living in a void under a driveway across the street). They instructed me on how to deal with it and what not to let me dog do. They have always provided exceptional health care for my 2 cats (both now have crossed the Rainbow Bridge) and now my sweet little dog. I have seen Dr Patel, Dr Jeremiah and Dr O’Brian during my last visits each one I trust with my pet.

Dr. Madeline, the vet techs, and front desk ladies treated my dog and I so wonderful! They were SOOO compassionate to myself and my dog after we were attacked by another dog. My dog received outstanding medical attention, along with reassuring and helpful follow up appointments. I HIGHLY recommend Suwannee Animal Hospital!! 10/10 staff!

Staff is always cheerful and helpful. Plus you can tell they love animals. Doctors are knowledgeable and professional. Facility is super clean. And they have an excellent pet insurance plan for care.

Doctor Watson took the time to explain everything in detail to us. He answered every question we had. Dr. Watson and his assistant were very gentle and friendly with Charlie during the examination. The front desk personnel was informative and friendly. It was a good experience overall.

I have boarded my dogs here twice, I like the large facility and that I always see staff out walking and working with dogs. My dogs seem to enjoy it here! The staff have always been nice and accommodating. My only issue is that 3 our of the 4 times I've come in to drop off or pick up the staff at the boarding desk seem overwhelmed or a little bewildered. They are always extremely friendly and helpful, but it feels like they are trying to do a lot all at once and it slows the process down.

This is the best veterinary clinic I have been to. I live in Sandy Springs but travelled here because this place was the only place that accepted my mini pig for a checkup. I have a lot of pets so I decided to take all of them for their checkups on the same day. The drive was a nightmare in the car with a German shepherd, Persian cat, and a mini pig but once I got to the clinic they were taken in very quickly and the doctors were so sweet and nice to me and my pets. They have NEVER over charged me for anything. I feel like their prices are extremely reasonable and they do very through checkups and give very good advice on medical problems and how to solve them. On a separate trip with just my cats, I met with Dr. Beech and she met my flat faced Persian who was a kitten at the time. He had a tooth that was growing into his gums and it looked painful to me so I took him here to see what could be done for him. Dr. Beech said that he looked healthy and normal and that he should be fine as he gets older. I was wondering if the tooth needed to be taken out (just me worrying for my baby) but Dr. Beech assured me that nothing looked inflamed or infected by the gums and said that unless he had trouble eating (which he did not) he will be alright and to give it some time as he got older to see if the situation gets better. Guess what!! He is now almost two years old and his tooth has grown in completely normal! This place really seems to care about animals and people who have pets. It is not just a business for them. Thank you for being open to seeing a variety of different pets that are not as common in the household. You all are THE BEST!

Always love this place and we have been coming for almost 10 years with our 2, now 4 dogs. They are expensive and now that they’ve been purchased, I think it’s gotten higher. However, the care is fantastic and one of dogs got loose outside the hospital and staff came POURING out of the building from seemingly every door and window.. there had to be 9 of them running into the street to help catch him. That was INCREDIBLE. We are sticking with them unless the new owners change things
