This is a terrible bank. The service is ridiculous. They pester you about purchasing additional services. They give you a hard time about notarizing anything, and if they decide to do it, they’ll take forever. It didn’t used to be this bad.

Have a car loan with these guys. RUN! Every time I go online to check my account the website kicks me out and it takes 25 minutes on the phone with supervisors to rectify. Once on the phone you get India, enough said. I will NEVER do business with this bank once I pay this off. Hmm, might refinance the balance and get away from them!

I was a bit skeptical walking in since the reviews aren’t the best, but I took a chance because I dont believe in putting a business down unless something personally happens to me. After having that in mind I walked in, and was greeted so sweetly by a lady who was so kind it almost made me cry. Everyone was so kindhearted it was kind of unreal. After reading the reviews.. It goes to say do what you feel is best, because you never really know until you do. Just a regular bank to get your regular bank stuff done. Great atmosphere.

Great customer service and very welcoming staff. James (new branch manager) Nick Lakhani (Asst. manager) Bhavna (banker) all amazing individuals. (I don’t know the name of every staff member, but the whole group is such customer oriented and provide excellent service.

I do not recommend their small business banking at all! I've had nothing but problems since setting up my account from them not even having my correct information on file making it extremely hard to change (yet my in my welcoming folder from when the account was originally created all the information is correct), nearly having to call customer service every 2-3 transactions to unlock my card, transactions/ balances not updating on weekends, the app itself is poorly made and frequently unavailable to see your account overview and customer service is no better when trying to figure out what's going on, will be switching to chase business banking

I started my checking account in Georgia with a Minnesota ID three years ago. About half the time I’m in Minnesota half the time in Georgia. I have a business account and a personal account at PNC in Georgia. My check card was compromised and someone on the phone told me I could stop in at a branch and get a new card made. Nick, the guy running the store on a Saturday, first told me they couldn’t do it because of my Minnesota ID, then told me it was because it had just expired a week before but I had papers saying it was renewed. Then told me to come in on Monday, then after I asked him his name and told them that when I cancel my accounts I’m going to tell him it’s his fault, he told me to wait 15 minutes and he would get it for me. I don’t have time for games. I had gotten card replacements twice in the last 3 years. I agree with a previous reviewer, this branch is terrible. I like dealing with actual humans so I don’t get computerized robotic responses.

I do not recommend their small business banking at all! This bank(Suwanee GA location) is inferior quality and bad customer service. I went there to open a small business account. They only have three employees including the manager. The Manager (white women, blond hair) seemed very strict opening a bank account. She asked too many personal question and did not want me opening a small business account. Which banks hire a manager for opening accounts? The assistant manager(Nick) was very nice and would like to help us in many ways. The manager(The blond women) was wearing a dress with V neck( I could see her half of breast, leg) and high hill(Sandle). Is this a club or a bank? She is not supposed to wear that kind of clothes at the bank as a worker. Disgusting!! I think the BEATUFUL?????!!!! manager should be fired and assistant manager should be a manager.

I have been a part of PNC for around 5yrs now and im now working on leaving them. I had to go today for a couple of things in the branch and the employee was so unhelpful. I have always used this branch and usually had ok experiences but today proved to me how bad they really are. I am really disappointed at the service and will be looking forward to closing all my account with them

I wish I could give this branch 0 stars, by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with PNC Kaitlin the manager was less than helpful with my needs. I explained that another branch helps me out in a specific way with my checks, and they refused to assist me. Very unprofessional, most definitely will never return, and I might even switch banks because of it.

These reviews are crazy to me because I love this branch! Candace is AWESOME! She is so helpful and so personalble. The tellers have always been nothing but nice and they help me out in a timely manner.
