While on my drive from Houston to New Orleans, my alternator died. It was a really stressful experience to happen alone on the highway, but I am so thankful I found B&K Complete Auto! Had my car towed there after calling several shops in the area. They quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced my alternator, and got me back on the road for an incredibly reasonable price. After a particularly horrible experience at another local repair shop, I decided to give B and K a shot. So glad I did! My repair (transmission replacement in a ‘12 Nissan Juke) was done in a timely manner, with Bryan keeping me up to date during the process. My total for the replacement was $1000 LESS than the previous shop quoted me! If you’re looking for a dependable, HONEST mechanic, give Bryan and Kathy a call!
