I always get quality service from the customer service reps when I go in there. It can be busy at times, which could result in a bit of a wait. If you can handle things online, go that route before going.

So many customers on a Monday afternoon so there was a really long wait. I came in and was signed in by a lady with glasses on top of her head, Fabolous nails and a great bedazzled smart watch. She was super patient and helpful and she returned my two flex boxes Xfinity unnecessarily mailed out to me. Sorry I didn't catch her name, it was crazy in there.

Jasmine/Jazmin is amazing. I literally went in knowing what I wanted and what plan, but was having issues with the web store. I have never owned a TV or had my own WiFi... she was so fast. I was in and out under 15 minutes. She got me all the goodies I needed and walked me through the steps but in an efficient manner and got me sorted. 15 minutes! She is the only one who greeted me when I walked in and had a smile on her face and made eye contact. She waved me over and I was taken care of from beginning to end. I take customer service interactions very seriously because it doesn't cost anything to be kind to the customer and she was a Rockstar between that and her knowledge. Thanks so much. I went home and setup the new devices in a 1870's house in less than 20 minutes. Can't believe how fast everything was. Thanks again!!

Got a "deal" on a new Motorola phone, had my number ported over from Verizon and now I can't make a call or text unless I have wifi. Back to Verizon I go.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT !!!!!!!!!! TOLD ME TO GO GET A NEW MODUM 1/2 DRIVE EACH WAY WITH THE PRICE OF GAS GET THERE THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY OF THE NEW MODUM AND DO NOT KNOW WHEN THEY WILL BUT ARE TOTALLY OK WITH BILLING ME $300 A MONTH

Purchased a new phone at this location and the person setting up my phone neglected to create a new password for the phone. She was focused on downloading all my data from my old phone to my new phone. As the download was approaching completion, the download was terminated and the phone given to me. The next day I shut down the phone and then attempted to start it but I needed to enter a password. I thought my password from my old phone phone would work but it didn't. When I asked Xfinity to correct the problem, they said they neglected to create a new password for my new phone and couldn't help. It was my problem and to contact Samsung for help. Absolute indifference from the folks at Xfinity to my problem. What happened to customer service? Non-existent at this store. They could care less !!!!!

Went in to return some defective equipment sent by Comcast. I was given an appointment receipt and had to wait almost an hour during a work day to simply scan and return the defective single piece of equipment. The clerk then tried to get me to sign up for additional products and monthly services repeatedly.

I went here with a friend so he could get a better deal on his internet. Not only did they do that for him, but when I locked my keys in the car. They let me sit inside and wait. Very kind, very knowledgeable, you need to go here.

Antoine Lombardo, the manager of this Xfinity store knows the meaning of customer service. I've been going back and forth with Comcast for more than 2 months trying to resolve an issue in which they were totally at fault. I made phone call after phone call only to hear the standard, "sorry, I know it doesn't seem fair, but that's our policy and there is nothing we can do." No one seemed to be able to help, many empathetic expressing frustration with the enforcement of redundant policies that benefit no one. I decided to visit the Middletown Xfinity store to cancel my Xfinity subscription since I subscribed to YouTube TV as an alternative and met Antoine. He reviewed the history and comments on file in my account and immediately rectified the situation without hesitation. Promote this guy you idiots!
