Today I upgraded my iPhone at the Darien Verizon store—with help from Johnny! I’ve had my old phone for 6 years or so—and Johnny helped me when I purchased that one, too. It was a pleasure to work again with such an experienced salesperson, who was also very cheerful and patient with a customer like me, who still thinks of cell phones as “magic”! He explained about the different iPhone options and about the various cost saving offers made by Verizon without being pushy. I would absolutely return to this Verizon Wireless Zone store the next time I need a product or have a question.
