I had the worst experience waited a whole hour just to get a shot and I even had an appointment I would highly recommend not to go there

We have had multiple experiences here with unsympathetic pharmacy staff who would not lift a finger to help with issues that could have been addressed. E.G. why on earth would it take two hours to get a prescription for an active illness that had accidentally be sent to another CVS.

The pharmacy staff are incompetent and entitled. The store employee Timothy has been there for 10 years and is one of the nicest people. Abe truly Is service with a smile and is so helpful. But the pharmacy staff and manager are horrid.

I’ve lived in many different towns and have dealt with many pharmacists - I’ve never had one as rude as the woman here. I asked a simple question which seemed to have bothered her. I left without the OTC medicine I needed. This pharmacist should find a job that fits her sunny (sarcasm) personality better. Taking my business elsewhere.

My family have used this store as our pharmacy for years. We still do. But during my last visit, the person taking my order at the pharmacy seemed to have tremendous difficulty typing certain words in my home address correctly. CVS ought to do a better job ensuring that their public-facing people are better trained in certain basic skills…like spelling.

Calling the pharmacy is horrible they rather spend 5 minutes arguing over the phone than to take your insurance information. In my opinion it would be more effect to take my Insurance information by phone to limit my time in the store especially with CoVid, but no taking a few numbers is far to inconvenient. I spoke with the cashier who was rude as hell, and the pharmacist preferred to give me a long winded explanation as to the fact that there’s to many numbers for her to take. I cannot make this up people much rather be difficult than helpful.

Overall, it’s a nice pharmacy, a little on the small side, but that can’t be helped. If you’re looking for a pharmacy to handle your prescriptions though, go somewhere else. God forbid you ever have to call them on the phone! Every time I have tried to call there I am placed in hold for at least a half hour. No sense in getting your blood pressure medication refilled if the pharmacy you’re refilling it at is only making your blood pressure worse! Like CVS can’t afford to hire one more person to answer their phones?

Calling the pharmacy is terrible. I’ve waited 10-25 minutes! Multiple times. I’ve gone to pick things up at the pharmacy and have seen them letting the phone ring constantly and they just let it ring without picking it up until whenever they want or they’ll pick the phone up and hang up on you after you’ve waited. This too has happened to me…. Not advised to come here and I’ll be switching pharmacies.
