I will echo the reviews of everyone else before me and advise you to NOT to use this pharmacy. They are extremely impatient and rude to customers, and treat you as if they don't have time to waste on you. I was in customer service for many years and recognize that they may be frustrated and on edge because they are understaffed, but that is no excuse to treat customers the way they do. The classic rude and impatient lines of "I've repeated the same thing to you five times" (even though she kept cutting me off before I could even finish speaking to give her new information) and "so-and-so will tell you the same thing" (even though I wasn't even asking to speak with anyone else) were used on me, among others. I will be using another pharmacy until/if they ever get their act together and I recommend you do the same.

DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE! Understaffed, wouldn't help me with an emergent prescription, wouldn't double check their records, no care or compassion towards customers coming in to pick up life saving prescriptions, 3 people in line had to wait till the next day to pick up refills that they NEEDED (asthma pumps, insulin, seizure medsetc) and got nothing but attitude from the lady on staff. I called ahead of time to make sure mine was ready and they still tried to tell me they didn't have it in their record until I asked the head pharmacist and guess what?! It was right there. Extremely unprofessional attitudes. They had 2 people on staff at 5pm on a Monday! Wouldn't doubt if they were responsible for hospitalizations tonight because people didn't have important meds

This location has become a joke. The continuous rotating pharmacy techs are incompetent and lack the personality to deal with customers. There is almost always an issue with finding prescriptions or computer problems. Avoid this location if you can.

Waited over ONE DAY for a Medrol dose pack! ONE DAY. And THREE trips. The lady in the drive thru is so rude and unsympathetic it is disturbing! I suffered being sick for one whole day longer just so they had time to put a label on a pre packages prescription. I used to be a pharmacy Technician at cvs and I would cringe when someone said “all you have to do is put a label on it” but seriously With The amount of times she wasted telling me it wasn’t ready, they could have just filled my script and gave it to me instead. They are making their jobs harder in the long run by making me come back. Clearly I need this steroid script for a reason… to tell me “yeah it’s not ready” and then to hang up the phone and walk away as I’m talking, as if I’m irrelevant and treating me like dirt is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I already have anxiety, now you’re going to treat me like dirt for being sick and wanting my script? Absolutely unacceptable and the girl at drive thru should be disgusted/ashamed with herself. Go find a new profession and you don’t want to help people! I will be calling cooperate once I get the name of the female in the drive thru. Nobody deserves to be treated irrelevant for wanting their script and waiting a whole damn day. I didn’t give her any reason to be that cold.

This is the worst place ever. They are so slow and rude. It is hard to get anyone to answer the phone and when they do they act as I f they are doing you a favor. One of my prescriptions is hard to get and I can get it there.

The pharmacy staff at this specific location is extremely unprofessional and SLOWWW. So much so I’m transferring to a different CVS just for this reason. Also…figure out another way to administer those covid tests so your normal customers aren’t waiting 30-40 mins in line for a 5 min transaction. Ridiculous.

Talking with the pharmacy staff here is like trying to deal with a surly teenager. McDonald's has better customer service. Now I'm told a "glitch in the system" will keep a medication I take every day from being filled for nearly a week. Long history of prescriptions not ready on time/when needed due to incompetent staff in pharmacy. Avoid this place if you depend on medication.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacy’s I have ever dealt with. Sends texts of meds that are doubled up. Notifies you that a prescription will be ready, drive there two days later and they say they don’t have any record of it. Again drive there for two meds and only get one. Every time I go there it’s always something. One of the most unorganized businesses I’ve ever seen.

It is Wednesday morning. I've been trying to get the pharmacy to fill my prescription for insulin since Sunday night. They repeatedly say that the doctor did not contact them for authorization; the doctor's office said otherwise yesterday. The service here is terrible! I'm very upset right now, but I keep going there because the location is convenient.
