Mark was very helpful when I was looking for a car. He was direct, honest, and respectful. After going to several dealerships in search of a used car to purchase, Mark and the other employees were by far the best people to converse with. I would recommend going here both to purchase a used car and to have your car repairs done. The car I purchased was in great condition, had new tires, and everything has been working great thus far.

They are very nice people and friendly but Peter dose not own up to his mistakes,I brought my 2016 in INFINITY Q 70 L which is a rare car with a V-8 motor in it,my car overheated Peter said he just changed a hose that was attached to that radiator but failed to do a pressure test before letting me take my brand new car back on the road which led probably to the motor warping,cracking heads etc. He was not supposed to let me take my vehicle after he allegedly fixed it without checking pressure in the motor But then again I am not a mechanic so I brought it to Peter because I trusted him now I have no Vehicle like I said good people,but they do not like to own up to their mistakes he paid me $100 to basically take my car out of there and bring it to Infinity dealership now they’re telling me I need a new motor that is going to cost me 30,000$ My car is totaled.Peter does not take responsibility or is accountable for his mistakes nice guy but has no accountability. They lost a good customer just like I lost my car by bringing it to BRISTOL AUTO I have no Vehicle and I’m handicap at the moment thanks

This place could not be more friendly and helpful. Was in need of a vehicle after my Grand Cherokee 5.7 blew it's motor and stumbled upon a nice truck while driving by. Popped my head in and got a test drive immediately. It was love at first sight. Very clean in and out, runs immaculate and they even accommodated a few items I wanted changed after the sale was complete. Me and my brothers went to Bristol Auto Center and Mark was able to provide me with lots of information about the truck. We took it for a test drive and Mark was able to show me a few features and how well it drives when accelerating up to 80mph. Mark was also able to show us how to build our credit and obtain a better credit scores. Mark bought a body frame for the truck but did not installed it, but he made a great deal with us so that the body frame can be installed. Overall Mark is a really great and straight forward guy when it comes to finance and Vehicles. definitely recommend others to buy from Bristol Auto center.

I am satisfied with Mike's absolutely to solve problems and cause the Customer to feel no pressure. We say a vehicle and Mike took us an a test drive, and He brauhome the sale. There was a bent rim on the Vehicle and He replaced it at no additional. My Acura MDX, had some issues, and Mike took a few days to figure out the problem, and isin the process of fixing them. I have some friends that I am in the process of recovering. Mark and the crew at "Bristol Auto Care" You guys are the best.
