Cvs is much more easier to refill prescription and open 24 hours. I switched from Walgreens because I always had a problem with one prescription and they are closed on the weekends. Also close at 6:00 pm

If someone’s order is taking more than 3-5 minutes at the drive thru, you need to tell them to park for 15 minutes and come back around, or just come back around if the line is long. Been sitting for 25 minutes and there are 12 cars waiting that I can see. Car at the window the entire time with no interaction from staff. Just waiting.

It started with the pharmacy staff not reading the doctor’s prescription correctly TWICE, resulting in my insurance being billed for a higher quantity of the ointment than I had received. When my doctor resent the prescription the staff still didn’t give me the correct, ordered amount. When I pointed out their error, they acted dumb and proceeded to tell me they’d have to do a refund and rebill in the insurance. Staff then proceeded to say they didn’t know how to do that and it would take some time to get it figured out. I left and asked my husband to pick it up later as I had gotten notifications that my prescription was then ready. When he arrived hours later, they informed him it wasn’t filled because it wasn’t in stock. At this point I was upset with the lack of knowledge and awareness the staff have considering they are handling medications. I went in to speak with the pharmacy manager, Jen, who was nothing but rude and unapologetic. It didn’t seem to bother her she had poorly trained her employees and doesn’t seem to understand that if her employees can’t get the prescription quantity correct, what makes myself or others trust that they are in fact giving me the correct medication?

The pharmacy is absolutely atrocious and only gets worse and the time goes on. They reject medications that doctors legitimately sent over by doctors offices and lie about the status of refills.

Seems that’s the staff was not very knowledgeable. They didn’t have the medication I needed . They offered suggestions like to check other cvs or pharmacies. But isn’t that part of their job? Can’t they look it up and tell me . Cause now I don’t know how it begin so I call other pharmacies and they just give me a run around. And then I need to call the doctor back to rewrite a prescription to a different pharmacy. I’m sure there’s a more efficient way of transferring from one pharmacy to another

2 months they had me wait on pain medication. It was ordered be in next day. I heard this both time for 4 days. I just called in script this morning, was told they were working on it. Sent son 2 hrs later was told 15 min. I waited till i got calling it was ready. Well 2 half hours after call i am told 15 min. I told son do not get out of line they will move faster. Always problem with same pharmacist. Awful.

I called pharmacy looking to see if they had a prescription in stock because the Terryville did not have it (too lazy to call themselves) - the woman who answered was rude and huffing like I was bothering her. Wished I didn't have to use CVS but my insurance requires it. SMH

For the most part the staff is pretty good. My issue is CVS has been calling me multiple times a day trying to get me to fill prescriptions that aren't do for refill. I've cancled auro refill and I get even more calls telling me I removed from auto refill and they want to restart it. It's to the point it seems like they call more then the scammers selling solar panels.

Terrible service in providing medications. Every single month, without fail, I have to jump through hoops to get my medication. They either don’t have it in stock and send me to another pharmacy, transfer my pill without mention, don’t follow my doctors instructions, the list goes on. Get your medications anywhere else because they will cause unnecessary stress

Thought I had an appointment for a covid test. I ,of course, did not. A customer on the way out said I had great patience because the way the minute clinic person spoke to me was very rude. The person in the booth outside had no clue either. Had a confirmation number. Their response: a what?
